Ordered this overpriced, mediocre pizza. It's a hit or miss. Today was a huge miss. $42 and they get my order wrong. They did not deliver my soda, bread sticks taste stale and pizza is Luke warm. Unable to speak to the dasher cause of the language barrier. Pizza hut no longer delivers door dash does and because of this they couldn't send someone with my soda. This experience will keep me from ordering again. Little Caesars or Whatta lotta has better service and prices.

What’s up with employees who can’t make eye contact when they’re speaking to other people? It’s just the old culture clash thing, but the stupid part is that acting like that creates escalated interactions for absolutely no reason at all. But regardless of the terrible customer service these employees provide, they’d never believe they aren’t the singular epitome of professional. What a joke. Meaning it’s literally sad.

Honestly the rudest service ever. I live down the street and order the same pizzas every time. But tell me why when i bring the pizzas back for their mistake (receipt was correct) they have to be saying unnecessary comments and passive aggressively throwing the pizzas in the trash (almost violently)? Not ok.
