Been coming here for years I mean decades prior to its remodeled look. Back when they had a small arcade. Well pizza still bomb but the new owner took out he beer! Serious no beer. Terrible the one time I look forward to a beer and it’s from tap but guess the new owner is stingy from what I heard.

They accept EBT (carryout only) if you have Hot Food allowed. I have Gallbladder diet restrictions due to gallstones and this pizza never hurts my stomach. They are super nice and the place is huge and full of big screen TVs for sports and family events. Highly recommended

I came in hanging out with friends it's very clean, there's a ton of space to sit anywhere you like with a lot of TV so you can sit wherever you like.

This review is for the Pizza Hut in Santa Ana California on Bristol and MacArthur Street. I had the worst experience in my life from a restaurant or pizza parlor the store refused to process and complete my order because I was using my rewards points and I was getting the pizza for free. Pizza Hut as a rewards system for all the purchases I previously made. Briseña and the store manger Gina refused to prosees my order. When I asked them why they simply said there is no way you’re going to walk out of here with four free pizzas even after I tried to explain that I placed my order online with my rewards points that I have earned by shopping with them. The employees were very rude disrespectful and did not care to help or hear me out. I would never recommend this place to anyone or to this location for any reason the sad part is that Pizza Hut has great food, but they are losing customers because of poor service.

Ordered the italian zesty salad, the chashier said ok(not at all saying that they had no more of that salad). I asked for the light italian dressing, the cashier said they only had caeser and ranch, i said ok ill take caeser assuming id still get my italian zesty salad just with caeser dressing on the side. I pay and see the recepit, they put down a ceaser salad. They gave me an entirely different salad than which i ordered. If they didnt have any italian salad why not say that in the first place instead of waiting till the end to offer me a caser salad and confusing me on what food im ordering. It was a very frustrating and avoidable situation. Cashieers need to be better trained on how to talk apparently.

If you guys are going to start using doordash drivers and Uber eats drivers you better make sure that they're able to deliver the same quality service that your former drivers that you laid off otherwise you're going to keep getting bad reviews because a lot of doordash drivers and Uber eats drivers don't be following directions just something to think about. When me and my wife eats there at the restaurant everyone is friendly and the service is great but your guys's delivery service is horrible stop using doordash drivers and Uber eats drivers if they can't deliver the same quality service that you guys deliver at the location.

Pizza Hut has an ad on TV for a $12, but for some reason, this store is not honoring it. Why even do the ad then?Also, they add an automatic service fee to your order. Trying to scam you from every corner here.
