Pizza Hut has an ad on TV for a $12, but for some reason, this store is not honoring it. Why even do the ad then?Also, they add an automatic service fee to your order. Trying to scam you from every corner here.

We ordered a pizza and some wings, and both were flavorless. The pizza tasted like uncooked dough, and the wings were like chewing a piece of cloth with cheap hot sauce. On top of the bad food, they charged a service fee. Definitely, Pizza Hut, to me, is the worst pizza, and I no planning on buying again. Domino's and Round Table are way better.

This guy doesn’t want to come to work second time here he’s with with same attitude bad reputation for a good place on top of that they took for ever to give me my pizza when it was already done so I got to eat a cold pizza along with cold wings this happened Jan 11 around 6

The girl in the pink hair has horrible customer service plus I can tell she's on drugs you repeat the order and she doesn't seem to get it and when she makes the mistake , tries to blame you for her mistake... if pizza hut looked into getting her drug tested they would know that she isn't fit to be an employee at ANY location. Rude human being ... second time I order here and the order is wrong. Fix your employees at this location.

Bad bad service Saturday 4 23 I when with my family. To dinne inn it was all good. I paid for everything everything started off good #51 I order an dinner box with and A large three toppings which was chicken and ham And they brought the dinner box. We started eating. Family of 8 waiting for the. Next pizza. We're we're literally done almost both in like maybe 15 minutes. We were waiting. For our large patiently about at her all together 30min For some reason they forgot. But other pizza or they should taught be fine for me to take home because they handle to me on box for some when I walk to front desk ask for other pizza guy no names mentioned but they know who there are I was there 5:15 around there left 5:53 disappointed. They forgot my pizza my kids were hungry brought them for a good time been coming here 2000 staff bought to attention Manager knew her staff mess up but she did nothing to satisfy a customer she told her staff just write down how you give him back no experience what so ever No customer service at all not acknowledging us as customers to me all bad any futher questions u can text me man disappointed wow. Manager didn't do anything sad say sorry all her said cashiers whisper in sorry thank you not good managing customer satisfaction. No matter what need be more attentive of restaurant That what u running enjoy ur pizza

Made a phone carry out order because their website wasn't working and this was the closest location. The manager Briseida took my order and kept repeating the wrong toppings. I told her "half pepperoni ONLY" (I'm vegetarian) and she kept saying "half pepperoni and half pepperoni" (meaning the whole pizza). WHO WOULD SAY HALF PEPPERONI TO MEAN THE ENTIRE PIZZA?? I repeated myself 3 times and she repeated the same incorrect toppings until she said "yeah okay" at the end. Thinking she got it, we picked up the order and she, of course, put pepperoni on the entire pizza and wouldn't own up to her mistake. Instead of apologizing and offering consolations for our wasted time, she got defensive, accusing me of never telling her "half" & not using their online ordering. She said there was nothing she could do except make a new pizza. If she had taken accountability and actually acknowledged that she didn't listen, I would have accepted waiting for the corrected pizza. However, her pride and rudeness made her waste ingredients and everyone's time. At least I got a refund. Never coming back here since the past orders were terrible quality anyway (undercooked pizzas with few toppings even when paid for "extra" toppings).

Just left this location. I ordered online and my order was ready at 8:15pm. Realized only when we got home it was the wrong pizza. Called to tell them I was on my way so they could start me a new one instead of waiting. Got there and nobody knew what we were talking about. After 10 mins they give me a raw pizza. They offer to put it back in the oven. I asked the supervisor for a discount on my order and she said she could give me a discount for next time. This was the first time in 6 years I have gone to Pizza Hut so I probably wont be back. She told me I would have to wait until Monday afternoon when Gina the store manager is there so get any real resolution. Now it is 9:10pm and I’m about to eat my dry crusty gross pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut. Also, not one employee owned up to this mistake and I didn’t get a single apology from any of the staff. People need to be accountable.

I absolutely love this place! The food was amazing and the breadsticks was crusty and it was very tasty. The service was very good and I didn't really have any problem with it. It was very peaceful and not so much noise, and that was good, overall a very good place.
