Nice, clean place, great service and delicious food. I frequently visit the San Diego locations and I'm so glad they have one in Orange County now.

Been eating here for the last 5 years ( so, I have seen al of the changes). The staff and owner, john still continue to provide amazing food and service. Rolls and sushi are so fresh. Their collection of sake and soju are amazing and the prices wont cost you an arm and a leg.P.S thank you for the small gift.

Came in around early afternoon and was seated promptly. My sister and I enjoyed the food— great quality and reflective of price. However, the waitress came to check up on us several times while I still had food in my mouth, which was bit inconvenient. It was a bit frustrating to look around and not having napkins except for the napkins we had on the table. Wish there was better ambience as well.

I stopped at Sushi Kuchi on my way home after a long evening of being stranded with a flat tire. When I stepped through the door, I felt like the red carpet was rolled out for me. The owner/manager greeted me. I ordered my food to go, and was offered a seat at the bar and a drink while I waited. The sushi chefs looked like they enjoyed their job and were happy to be there. They asked how my day went and I told them about the tire. The owner/manager overheard and gave me a special gift to make my day better. The server was attentive. The sushi was fresh and really really hit the spot, and I will cherish the gift I recieved there. I might be moving to Pasadena soon, but if I don't, I will be a very loyal customer.

First time coming back after they rebranded from Poki One N Half to Sushi Kuchi. Not only did they give the interior a fresh look, they have also up their game in their quality of food! The fish was very fresh and everything we ordered was DELICIOUS!!! For those who wonder, yes, poke bowl is still available on their menu. Pretty friendly staff and service. I would definitely come back again!

I got their veggie roll and vegetable tempura. Both were good, veggie roll could have been a little more fresh and veg rolls could be a bit more creative. They were very accommodating w dietary restrictions/subs, and I was able to pick up my order right on time. Want to try more on their menu!

What used to be poke 1 1/2 now turned into Sushi Kuchi but still they have great food here and great service and ambiance. This is one of my go to spots for lunch. I love it here. Thank you for serving me with delicious food.

Food is good I order a regular poke bowl and they do not serve like they did in the past. Now the portions are smaller from the seafood, (I order spicy tuna, salmon, scallop) rice, and mixed greens in the past they use too top the bowl with food. But it won't stop me from going again thanks for the service!

I came here for a poke bowl, got it to go! As I got home and started eating they forgot to put the spicy mayo and hot sauce! Why have the customer write what they want if you are going to be distracted and forget! This poke bowl was disappointing!

Right next the Mothers Market and across the street from Main Place Mall. Indoor, outdoor, and sushi bar seating. Loud dance music, but casual atmosphere other than that. Fast and friendly service. I guess they used to be just poke bowls and expanded to full service sitdown restaurant with expanded menu. Their slogan is 50% off certain rolls, which idk how that makes sense if they're always the same price...Our table got two rolls, a hand roll, gyoza, garlic edamame, salmon bento, large beer, small beer, and small sake. Everything was great and good quantity! Plenty for three adults and a toddler. All of that added up to around $120 including tax and tip as of Oct 2023.
