I placed an order online and received a confirmation email to pick it up in-store. When I arrived, the store manager, Carlos, rudely told me they didn’t have my order and that it wasn’t their problem. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he had a terrible attitude and made no effort to assist. Since I had already driven 30 minutes to get there, I was forced to pay again just to get my food. This store is completely unprofessional, and the way they handle online orders is a scam. Avoid this location at all costs!

It’s Popeyes. Get the spicy. It’s not too spicy, but it’s a lot more flavor.
High prices. long Waits. in the make matters worse they stop accepting the mobile coupon and store so now if you want to use coupons if you don't get them in the mail you can only use them online don't see the purpose of the app anymore. been time to stop eating there anyway. I watched the family meal go from $20 to $25 and if you look at the app its 26 for the exact same thing they didn't even add anything it's not worth it buying from here no more
