We did a pick up order later in the evening. Pick up time was quick and easy. We simply pulled up outside, gave the restaurant a call and the order was walked out.What could have been better?- There is no real instruction for pick up. When you call the restaurant it is a bit of unsure of what to say. And when the phone is answered it is not a special number that they know you are there to pick up it's just calling the main restaurant. Maybe a specific line so when the hostess answers she knows why you're calling.- as for the food, as a pick up. It was not bad. Only thought to ensure satisfaction is just wait to fry the fries. Upon delivery, in the car I opened the fries, already cold and soggy. It appeared the fried the fries first, then 30 minutes later gave us the food.Overall not bad,would we try again, sure.

The Conscientious Critique
Classic RR location with all the RR feels. Can’t go wrong with a Tower of Rings to get things started. Washed that deliciousness down with an Arnold Palmer and an ice cold Coke. Moved on to a couple of chicken sandwiches, one buzz style and the other tossed in Island Heat, which has a hint of pineapple and jalapeño, and is sweet. Side of bottomless fries. For dessert we ventured into the delicious world of Mudslide and tower of donuts… Both great and very filling. Service was fantastic as always. Yummmmmm

What happened to my Red Robin? The service is nonexistent. There was literally one server on the entire restaurant floor. Order was taken incorrectly and by the time my food arrived the people in my party were already done with their meal. I used to really love this place.
We had the pleasure of being served by Gabby during our recent visit, and I must say her service was exceptional. Her genuine warmth and willingness to accommodate our requests created a welcoming atmosphere. Gabby truly excels in customer service, making our time here memorable. We appreciate her dedication and the excellent service she provided. We look forward to returning and having Gabby as our server again.
Bleu cheese burger ? was phenomenal!I just live their burgers. Appetizers are great. The service was fun and engaging. They had the football game on in the bar.

Food was as good as you'd expect from a chain offering unlimited fries. I do prefer over Islands. Staff was quick, efficient, and should be commended, don't go looking for extremely warm hospitality, you ain't paying for it here.
