FOOD was disappointing. I was served days old reheated rice the top was super CRUNCHY! No excuses, Mexican restaurant where rice and beans are the STAPLE of your plates, should be made fresh DAILY ! It’s so easy and fast to make that that’s a non negotiable. Taking short cuts in those areas only shows they are dong it in other areas. I will say beans and chipotle shrimp were good but for the price and type of restaurant they should be living up to their standard.
Atmosphere and customer service was good however there focus should be more in the quality of the food instead of the aesthetic. I tried it but it’s safe to say I will not be returning. I will say if your vibe is only for happy hour, drinks appetizer etc its a good hangout but I won’t recommend for dinner .

There is a 2 hour dining. You get kicked out after. We had a 13 people party and we were just about to leave when we were asked to leave. That was humiliating. It was the second time I went to that restaurant and the last time. They did say it was there policy and they have signs indicating that but I dont k ow how many people walk in looking around to read their time policy. Anyway, I felt humiliated been told to leave. My suggestion is that when the party is been seated, for the server to notify this policy to the party and this way the party will not be embarassed! Bad, bad, bad!!! I dont care how good the good is, the humiliation of being kicked out is not worth it. It is not the only restaurant with good food. I hope they realize that the people get embarassed being told to leave. In other words, im not going back!!!

The Mariachi and live music build an enjoyable atmosphere. The food is delicious and the drinks don't disappoint. Gaby is a awesome server. She made great recommendations and checked on us periodically to make sure we had all we needed. Will definitely be returning!

I visited on a Tuesday night and it wasn’t very busy, but there were a lot of birthdays which makes sense as it definitely gives celebration vibes. Our server was amazing and was super attentive and quick with any request we made, while remaining polite. Food was delicious, everything I ate was great and there wasn’t one thing I didn’t like. For reference I got Birria Chimichangas, Molcajete, Churro Puffs, Aqua de piña, Horchata. Think total was like $80ish, not bad for a night out if you ask me.

I came to Rosa Madera for my birthday and had an amazing experience. I had a party of 16 people and I thought they weren't going to be able to accommodate us. The host was really professional and assured me that my party can be easily accommodated. Our waiter Joel was really nice and patient with us since none of my party members knew what they wanted to eat from the menu. He went over the menu with us and helped us decide on the best drinks and food, which is hard task since they have so many great options. I had a great time celebrating my birthdate at Rosa Madera and plan to visit them for all future celebrations. I highly recommend you try their Cafe de Olla, it is the best for a morning brunch.

Zero all the way. Horrible service! Way to ruin a birthday celebration. I think that this place has potential but the staff lacks respect and attention to detail. Was there 9/12/2025 at 9:00pm . The bar tender has issues! And the hostess needs more training.
