The food was just okay and they don't list in the menu everything that's in the food so there were some onion surprises for people who don't like onion. Also, everything came out quite quickly and at the same time. Appetizer and main course. The food wasn't bad, just not almost $100 for two people good. The service was fine and the atmosphere was kitschy. I'm pretty sure the price is mostly the atmosphere, TBH.
Rosa Madera in Santa Ana is a total must-visit. The food is incredible, the staff is beyond attentive, and the vibe is unmatched. Every detail—from the stunning decor to the unique tableware—is a visual treat. It’s spotless, stylish, and the perfect spot for a big celebration or just a random 'treat yourself' dinner. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!
