WOW!, YES!, worst customer service I’ve ever received and witnessed. I just left this Roundtable pizza in Santa Ana on 17th street and I adamantly agree with the other reviews. I was wondering why it was empty of customers. WHO AT ROUNDTABLE CORPORATE IS IN CHARGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! No hello,no smile, employees sleeping. I also asked for an empty X-Large box to use in my car and was denied. Supervisor or manager said she could only give me a small box. Wait a minute, I just spent $31 with horrible CS and……I just left. $1 empty box vs losing a customer/customers and word of mouth. I feel bad for the owner but it seems nothing changes. Enough is enough, but I have to email corporate to see if things can change. I’m fairly certain these employees don’t care anyways. I’m not paying $31 for pizza and getting disgraceful CS. And if the owner would be so kind as to NOT reply “we’re so sorry to hear that…”. Please reply and give customers a solution or solutions as to how things are going to change. No more Roundtable Pizza for me.

Pizza is quality every time , wings are good every time cooked perfectly. Salad bar is ok good enough for a side salad 🥗. I recommend the king Arthur’s supreme 🔥🔥🔥

Listen, the inside is old, smelly, and dilapidated. Everything you come into contact with is literally sticky and the poor team that works there act like they are miserable (fair). The worst part about this location isn’t even necessarily everything I wrote above. This location does not participate in round tables new Reward Program, nor do they allow for you to order on their app for delivery. They say “call to confirm your order” well, no they are lying. Your order NEVER goes through. I’m positive they’ve done this on purpose. But, I don’t understand purposefully wasting your customers time and effort. I don’t understand purposefully not participating in the rewards program which is the whole reason why I downloaded this dumb app.
Also, let’s be real. The pizza is mid and it’s always cold when delivered. They gouge you for their basic af hidden valley barf ranch. They don’t give you peppers or parm when you ask. And they definitely do not supply paper plates or napkins!
This is a chain so I’m not going to say I care about supporting it. I realize it’s a franchise owned by someone, I do like to support my Santa Ana economy. But, I don’t like to support places like this, they nickle and dime you. Serve you super subpar food. They do not clean their location (how’s the kitchen? 😖) and best yet. They treat you miserably as if you’ve inconvenienced them with your business and money.

SHAME ON YOU. Round table pizza sadly has sold out. It used to have the best, freshest thin crust. Today my pre-order was cancelled, which I already thought to be suspicious. When I re-ordered, the price went up $6 for a medium pizza, which is highly excessive (it’s almost a 20% markup). Not only did the price go up, but the crust is a horrible disgusting knock off, and tastes like cardboard. It’s not round table pizza. You boast about quality and then sell out. You are a disgrace. Whatever your company did to try and save money and rip off the public did not work. I for one won’t be a returning customer after this. It’s going to be difficult for you to recover. And nothing now separates you from the little Caesar’s pizzas that are half the price.

Round table is always good, had to wait a little bit longer than usual, only because they were short staffed. Got home the pies were great.
These foos charge $8 for modelo beer that is 10 ounces. Hell no. These guys are thieves. You ate not even giving us a full PINT. Thats 16oz sir, NOT 10.

Worst Round Table, the guy had the worst attitude and wouldn't take my coupons, he looked at me like if I was asking him fo free food, Would never come back to Round Table even though it's my closest Location. He gave me a Sandwhich with no chicken I didn't want to return it so I just ate it and took off rather than complain.
