The most delicious one was the hot water. Maybe it was my fault to choose a wrong food, but I didn't like any of the items on the plate.
However, the Asian waitress was extremely kind.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was convenient to use the ramp.

Asked for an omelette with 3 eggs but either they use the smallest eggs on earth or there were only 2. I'm glad because they tasted like they used cheap or old eggs. Potato hash was not very good either.

The table is so sticky. It sticks to your hands. Why don't you clean it? I don't understand.

This is for the rubys at john wayne airport. Lack of service while I had a good hour to eat before my flight, I spent the majority of it with 4 or 5 employees just looking at me???
Bought the promotional alkaline water but didn't get it so had to go up and ask. Was told to just take the warm one that was already on the table. Won't be coming here again.

This diner is not large, but the service is awesome and fast. The portions are large and the food tasted great!! Probably the best value I have ever had for food at an airport!!

We enjoyed Ruby's while waiting for our flight - I had the cheeseburger, hubby had the seafood platter. Both were delicious! (he was also quite pleased to find Guinness on the menu)Our server was Annie, and although busy as a bee she was so cheerful and kind. Great experience!

Service was great! It is a sit down and be waited on. Food was good. Fries were really good!! I had the kids burger and it was a good size. It’s a nice little area to eat at while at a busy airport! Only thing is they don’t have milk shakes…which I thought was weird given it’s a 1940’s/1950’s theme.

Surprisingly, I had a phenomenal experience! Genuinely, the best BLT I’ve ever had, definitely recommend! The “Ruby Rita” is a great house margarita. The service was attentive and polite. There was live music ? this place far exceeded my expectations!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and lots of ADA accessible tables.

Waited for 40min until someone greeted me and when I went to order breakfast I was notified that it was past the time they serve it by 10 min though I had been waiting well before 10:30… don’t waste your time here.

3/6/2024Ruby's at the airport, I'm okay with that right they didn't have milkshakes, which was disappointing. The burger was fine. The servers were friendly and attentive.

Don’t get the Ceasar Salad it was served with iceberg lettuce and really dry. The croutons are like rocks! It should seriously be taken off the menu completely and not worth $16 dollars!
