Service was great! It is a sit down and be waited on. Food was good. Fries were really good!! I had the kids burger and it was a good size. It’s a nice little area to eat at while at a busy airport! Only thing is they don’t have milk shakes…which I thought was weird given it’s a 1940’s/1950’s theme.

Surprisingly, I had a phenomenal experience! Genuinely, the best BLT I’ve ever had, definitely recommend! The “Ruby Rita” is a great house margarita. The service was attentive and polite. There was live music ? this place far exceeded my expectations!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and lots of ADA accessible tables.

Waited for 40min until someone greeted me and when I went to order breakfast I was notified that it was past the time they serve it by 10 min though I had been waiting well before 10:30… don’t waste your time here.

3/6/2024Ruby's at the airport, I'm okay with that right they didn't have milkshakes, which was disappointing. The burger was fine. The servers were friendly and attentive.

Don’t get the Ceasar Salad it was served with iceberg lettuce and really dry. The croutons are like rocks! It should seriously be taken off the menu completely and not worth $16 dollars!

Located after you successfully weave yourself through the TSA check.Grateful this is open at 0500!You can order breakfast or lunch albeit they’d appreciate just breakfast items this early. Also alcohol is not served until 0600 for those in need.Had an omelette and crispy bacon with grapefruit juice and it was all great. That said, by all means try the Ruby (patty) melt and onion rings. Delicious comfort food and calories don’t count on vacation. ;)Service has always been stellar; they understand you’re on borrowed time in an airport and hustle so you’ll never miss your flight. Yet, if you’ve got the time to meander they’re happy to keep you company. Always spotless and lots of fun, old school plane models and posters to peruse.Definitely a welcome spot at SNA airport!Parking: This is in an airport behind security. Paid long term parking available for $30 a day.

LILY was a wonderful server. Quick, polite and friendly. Food was good but not the best. Thankful to have had such a great server though. Other people seemed to be enjoying their meals. That women moved. Always with a huge smile on her face.

The advantage of this bar is a large number of TVs, which can be treated as a sports bar. The food is good, I just wish the service was nicer.

It's probably the worst food I have ever had in my life. Also, I have never seen a restaurant stop breakfast so firmly before 1030, much less a diner... yet at 933, they were adamant that they won't do breakfast. Our server was also pretty rude and disinterested. Hostess was nice, and their soda tasted correct. I wouldn't recommend it. Especially for the extortion-level prices.

They staff didn't seem happy to serve me because I asked how much certain drinks in comparison to others.

Can't really recommend, but not a lot of choices in the santa ana airport, first and foremost, found it incredibly strange that a diner style burger joint doesn't have mustard! But that i could live with, however when my burger was brought to me the server wasn't sure if it was my burger or another tables and asked me to peel the burger open to check, upon opening the burger it was in fact NOT my burger, thankfully she didn't give it to it's actual intended customer, but instead gave her mine, and told her to remove the toppings if she didn't want them, and then 5-10 minutes later brought me the toppings i was missing so i could assemble my own now cold burger.
