One small bowl of shrimps rise is $13:10 ( just the few shrimp in it) I think that's the good enough reason to not go there again.

This is the Court house cafeteria at the central Santa Ana Orange County court house. It's on the 3rd floor, to the left of the elevators. There is lots of indoor seating at dated tables and an outdoor balcony situation that is pretty nice as far as these court house Cafe situations go. I watched a couple people absolutely house breakfast burritos they got here so maybe try that if you want a full meal.
