Iced coffee is really good! At an affordable price. It gets pretty busy in the morning. People from all over come here. I got the iced coffee and jalapeño ham and cheese and that thing had a lot of jalapeños! Came out to $6.50 my 2nd time here and will return.

This is an amazing donut place to visit, my family and I have been coming to this place for 16 years, they always serve fresh and delicious donut, coffee, sandwiches, ham n cheese croissant, smoothies etc. Sam and his wife are so polite and friendly. Also their price are very reasonable. We are always happy with Sam's donut.

A small little family owned donut shop. Plenty of options to choose from and all fresh. Our usual order are breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee. All sandwiches I have tried so far are made fresh to order and are absolutely delicious. The iced coffee also tastes great. Highly recommend. If you are in a hurry however try to order ahead via phone. As the sandwiches are made fresh they can take up to 15 mins to get to you, but they are absolutely worth the wait.
