The food here is incredible, and they're not kidding when they say they make everything from scratch. Their menu is a combination of classic American with a bit if Asian fusion. The open concept of the restaurant allows anybody to watch their meals be prepared, which further fuels the concept of utmost transparency. My boyfriend and I have been coming semi regularly and the food quality has always been incredibly high. The staff are kind and accommodating and the owner is very sweet. It's obvious that they really care about what they do. During peak hours service can drag a little, but the servers are also often preparing drinks as well and the food more than makes up for the wait. The atmosphere is relaxed and trendy, and the type of place I'd love to bring friends to.

My food was ok, presentation was great. My spouse's food did not like it. Max's special was kind of sweet, egg, ham with marmalade she didn't like the combination. Maybe we'll try something different next time.

Would be a 5, but they were out of multiple things on the menu (bacon, donuts, cinnamon rolls). This was 30 minutes after opening. The food was great, but being out of a number of things so close to opening dropped them from a 5 to a 4.

Excellent breakfast option in the Irvine and Tustin area. French style cafe with a wide variety of foods, coffees and desserts. I recommend arriving early, the approximate wait in the mornings is 30 minutes to 1 hour. The service is very different from what they provide in the USA, if they clean your table between meals and offer you additional items. Highly recommended

Coffee is excellent, would come back for that alone. We got the donuts, smash burger, and grilled cheese + tomato bisque. All of it was pretty good. It's clear they put a lot of care into sourcing ingredients and executing the dishes well. Our server was pretty on top of things despite being the only one while it was pretty busy.Only complaint was that seating is a bit limited. You may have to wait a while before being seated.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options -- not sure if any were vegan.

Great food, Hot coffee, short staffed and still took care of business. Maxes special is so good I would definitely get it again. The potatoes description sounds weird but were really good, except the salsa needs more flavor. The breakfast burrito is huge! Avacado toast looks pretty you don't want to mess it up. Would have like the toast to be hot and the egg.

I'm all for small businesses and love to try new places. On the way back from the airport, I wanted to treat my parents to some bfast. I yelped the places in the area and found this high rated place. I was skeptical driving here as I found the surrounding area to be a little questionable, but hey, I will take risks and go wherever for good food. The venue is small but has a very chic, industrial coffee indie vibes. We walked in before the brunch rush around 930am. We were greeted by a nice young man, who seated us immediately. Our waiter, another nice young man, came and served us waters and got our drink orders in. I looked at the menu and the chicken and waffles is what caught my eye. My mom ordered the fraise omelet and my dad ordered the steak and eggs (medium). Although our waiter was very nice, I did have to ask several times to refill and top off our drinks. I understand he may have been the only waiter working the floor (I did take that into consideration) he was very gracious and kind. If I could give him 5 stars I would. I care mostly about the food. The steak and eggs came out first. I looked at my dad's steak. It was not medium it was well done. The fries served with it were seasoned okay, and the consistency of the fries were not my favorite, kind of greasy left out too long texture, it looked really pretty though. The omelet fraise came out second, I was left wanting more flavor. The plate looked beautiful, but I felt it was lacking. The chicken and waffles came out last. I had high hopes. The chicken was warm, not hot. The seasoning however, I did like. The crunch was just okay, I love a nice easy crunch on fried chicken and it wasn't there. Now the let's talk about the waffle. I don't know what happened. The waffle was cold, chewy and lacking. Overall I left disappointed and I so wanted to love this place. I went in with high hopes and open mind.

This place is a hidden gem. I got the grilled cheese and my friend got the French toast sandwich and both were UNREAL. Comfort food is their jam at Santa Ana Brunch Club-- I can't wait to come back and try more! I also got a latte (I can't remember which one, but the server said it had hazelnut/thin mint vibes) and it was one of the best drinks I've had in my life. I literally think about it every day.

Best Brunch I've had in awhile. I got the fried chicken bahn mi, the fries were well seasoned and the ketchup-type sauce they brought out was friggin amazing. Service was straightforward, the wait staff were attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. I will say, the ambiance is very relaxed, white walls with some plants, but you're here for the tasty food and that's what they're going to give you.

Pros: The place is so cute & chic, service was amazing & the pancakes were so good! Cons: Was expecting more flavor on the food & food portions were small. The place was small yet they were sitting a lot of people which resulted in a lot of waiting time for everything.

Getting here at first it may seem like nothing but when you come inside it was a nice little ambiance very homey like a diamond in the rough. It was pretty packed so I knew they were gonna be good just didn't know how good yet. It can get busy so be patient just a heads up. I ordered four different dishes to start off with because you all know I like to give the restaurant a chance and so I did. The fried chicken and sourdough waffle with over easy egg to start was really good however the waffle was not hot it was kind of cold which is why I gave them four stars but the chicken was juicy and the over easy egg gave it a nice touch! The fried steak and eggs well what can I say except the meat was medium Rare just like I like it and the chimmychurri sauce over the fries with the egg yolk jusssst mmmmm mmmm good! My daughter had the max's special which was the French toast sandwich and just cheesy goodness and makes you say I'm full but I'm not gonna stop I'm goin in for more! So we had the mini sourdough choc chip pancakes and they were so soft and fresh I recommend for kids and adults alike it was so nice and fluffy! To finish it off with the latte with cinnamon and vanilla was a nice touch for my daughter the Nutella latte which she said she would come for the coffee alone! My grandaughter's nutella chocolate oat milk was finished so I don't need to say anything else lol all in all of you need a really good breakfast brunch place or anytime anything good eat place just come here right in the home of Santa Ana repping my hometown very well I might add!
