Horrible customer service! Went in today at 3:00pm . My nephew ordered two #31 coconut bobas . She ended up making two #34 . She said that he was wrong and tried staring him down . I asked for his money back and she refused . I asked for the store number and she was trying to give me her personal number .

This place doesn’t deserve any stars at all!! The lady working today @10:50am was super rude! Got my order wrong and insisted that I was the one that was wrong and even told my husband that he was the one that ordered wrong when he didn’t even speak to her. Really horrible customer service!!! Won’t be coming back!!

I don't live in Santa Ana but when I visit friends and family, I make a point to stop at this place to get my smoothies with boba. I've been buying Donuts and boba drinks sice 2013 this is the only stop for my donuts and drinks.
