Horrible customer service and their manager Cathleen was very uncaring, cold and dismissive. The drinks were good however customer service and attention was not acceptable.

Don’t go here!! Terrible wait time! Terrible service! Never again!! I went here twice. Once for a burger, the other for a slush. Both times they took an ETERNITY in the drive thru. And both times only had 2 cars waiting in the drive thru. The slush was melted. I wanted to throw it in the guys face, fr. I understand it’s these kids first jobs, but they need to do a better job hiring better folks. Terrible. And never going to a sonic again. Just awful wait, service. Everything

I placed a mobile order for 2 shakes at 7:44 pm on Friday 6/27 and nobody ever brought my order out I was checked into spot 11 waited for over 45 minutes until i walked up and was completely ignored never got my order and paid for it and waited an hour, also the last 3 times I came here they said they were out of ice cream....super disappointed im only leaving this review because I never got my order and I paid for it

A skeleton crew is not beneficial during busy times of the day, especially when there are promotions like the 1/2 price shake after 5 pm deal going on.

I ordered a small chocolate shake through the app at 5:22 pm as an ASAP order (which said would be ready by 5:28 pm). Walked to Sonic and checked in through the app at 5:30 pm. Waited until 5:42 pm to press the red button and tell them my name and what I ordered. At 5:54 pm is when I received my shake. The girl apologized profusely for the wait.

It seemed like only 2 people were on shift with a huge line of cars waiting in the drive thru and a couple in the stalls. Customers were getting out of their cars to confront the workers about their orders. Or they would leave the stall and use the drive thru. Doesn't that seem excessive? The poor workers are doing all that they can to get through the orders. Why not make it easier for everyone by adding 1 or 2 extra people during the rush hours?

Worst Sonic EVER! Not only was the cashier a rude jerk we waited in the front of the line for 10 minutes for ONLY a large order or mozzarella sticks and small tater tots. When I asked why not took so long he just shut the window. And come to find out we only got 6 sticks so we paid for a large and didn’t get a large. Called the supervisor # several time no answer. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to the other one up the street. Much nicer. Oh and we got ranch for mozzarella sticks even though he said there was marinara. He must’ve been on something. Worst customer service. Worst sonic! Never again!

I grew up at sonics in the south and these locations are embarassing. No workers. No good food served. No working stalls. Next to homeless hangout. Always a long wait for ordering and getting food (like double the regular time). When they forget something you can't get a home of anyone to fix it. They don't respond to customer complaints and have very apathetic workers.

I was just there and I order some caramel shake and he said he didn't have any shakes I try to order slushe and didn't have any either so I ask what you guys have and he said just lemonade and I said give me a minute to se any other item at the menu and he said if you are not ordering anything can you leave the drive thru so what's the point to be open if you don't have anything at the menu or you dont want to work so stupid.
