I like I like going there cuz I grew up in the city of Santa Ana California and 4th Street is clean they have a lot of shops in their clothes food Plus pawn shops in the coffee shop is very clean and this like old school that's why I love going there with my family my kids as a family Starbucks shop and it's not a lot of parking space you have to pay for the parking but it's free on Sundays only

Thank you Salem for taking my order correctly. Boo to the young man who made my coffee wrong, twice. First is was ordered as iced but came hot. Another associate behind the counter said no problem, that's a quick fix. Unfortunately they had to make my order over again.... and it was wrong, again. I asked for the Stevia packet on the side so that I could adjust the sweetness and they put it in the coffee along with my sugar-free vanilla syrup. By that time I needed to leave so I took it. After a few sips of sickening sweetness I gave it to a homeless woman who was happy to drink it. Maybe by the time the ice melted it would've been drinkable. The staff there was friendly and helpful. The shop was also clean so I'm giving it two stars. Before I forget, are they suppose to put the syrup in the bottom of the plastic cup, and then brew the hot espresso on top of it? Wouldn't the plastic leech into the drink with the hot liquid? By that time I was over it so I didn't complain but they have the espresso glasses sitting there on the machine for a reason.
