Please dont come to this sturbucks there super slow and the lines are long
They really need to change the policy to where they at least give you your drinks at the door if they close the lobby earlier and you have a pickup order. Whats this about having to wait in this really long line when you placed a pick up order. The point of placing a pickup order is the convenience of going and just getting your drink without having to wait in a line like these. Not to mention the drink was ready 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. It says you can pick it up at the counter and literally says in store pickup. I waited for a good few minutes outside the store but my order was taking way too long so I decided to call and they told us that you have to go through the drive thru, such an inconvenience.

Me and my cousin ordered from here i ordered an matcha frappe, they didnât put enough matcha it tasted very watery, my cousin ordered an strawberry açaĂ it tasted like regular strawberry lemonade, every time i go to this Starbucks thereâs always something wrong with my order, I ordered matcha latte on November 6, my birthday, it wasnât enough matcha it tasted like water, whatâs going on?

The line was super long and it was going slow BUT the drink is amazing and I know the staff is probably struggling quite a bit to get all the orders out. They looked really short staffed and overwhelmed. However I just wanted to say-if the staff are reading these reviews. You guys are amazing! I am so proud of you! I know how hard this job can be and how overwhelming a long line and many orders are.. but you guys are still doing great!!! You are all amazing and I appreciate you guys so much â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

Today I went in and asked to get the horchata oatmilk shaken expresĂł and they gave me the hazelnut shaken expresso. I have a nut allergy and was lucky to have allergy pills at hand. As I corrected them and asked them to remake my order the baristas gave an attitude.
Very bad Castumer service I order hot coffee she gave me a cold coffee when I tell her she was so rude and doesnât wanna talk and after like five minute she come and she tell me you have to wait 15 minute more so I can warm it up for you I wish the management will take care of this issue, and also I will complain about this to the corporation
I came on Friday, June 20 at around 9:20 and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this Starbucks. Usually the workers are kind but the girl working the drive thru, the one with no glasses was the one that took my order and I donât know if she was having a bad day but she was rude and sarcastic and simply unpleasant. I asked her if she had gum, which is an item you once carried and I had no idea you guys apparently donât sell it anymore. I asked if I could order a pack and she replied very sarcastically âumm no you should try 7-eleven.â We asked if they had stopped selling since my friend and I were confused and she just said âno we donât have itâ in a rude and annoyed tone.we were going to order some drinks and food too but her disgusting attitude was enough to make us go. I did still pull up to the window to let her know she was rude. When she opened the window I told her she didnât have to be rude and asked for a manager card to which she replied very sarcastically with a mug smile on her face âit was just a suggestion.â And she refused to give me a card. I will never be coming again. I hope you talk to her or put other workers who are more pleasant and seem eager to work because that worker was horrid.

Wow, what a staff. Amazing eye contact, great presence, big greetings, all girl staff today, electric group. If I owned a coffee shop, this would be my team. I travel all the things for work and this team would rank right up there at the top with all of them that I have seen, as we all know there are some that are not so great but this is certainly in the top five of anywhere I've ever been
