The service here is the worst, and the food is terrible. The worst quality control. The girl working the drive thru and Jeremy are completely unprofessional. I ordered a hot beverage and the rep handed it so forcefully it completely burned my legs that I had to go the ER. Also my husband ordered a lemonade and grilled cheese. The lemonade had no lemonade, it was just water with a couple of pieces of strawberry. I have taken my experience up to corporate and will also be reaching out to Jessica the Store Manager and Taylor their District manager.

I came to this starbucks on harbor and McFadden on the 9th of December and I was greeted by the nicest smiles and welcoming employee by the name of Jawn he was in a great spirit and took down my order with all patience and even helped me order a perfect drink I seen on tiktok, I recommend this place to all people who feel the jitters ordering complicated drinks. The lobby was very clean with calming music and a chill atmosphere I will definitely be coming here again! Thank you Jawn

I come here occasionally and the service is great. The only problem I see is in the morning. It's a rush and they get bummarded with so many customers. Over all the spot is good spot to get your starbucks.

VERY LOUD MUSIC!! Please turn it down! I don't enter any Starbucks these days without my earplugs and this one was no exception. I'm curious as to weather or not the baristas at this location are suffering any irreversible hearing damage as a result of working here. Just a thought Starbucks. Just a thought.

A good coffee in the morning to start the day. The sandwich was small and pricey- but hot and delicious.
I put one star only because it is impossible to put 0. The service is terrible, there is no such thing as a customer and a seller, they talk as they want, they could not accept a 100 dollar bill, for unknown reasons, how a company like starbucks can not find change, I do not recommend this place to anyone, the manager talks with a sour face, as if I owe her money.

On 9/28/2025 around 9:30 PM, I experienced an issue where the cashier at the window gave me incorrect change. She failed to count my money properly, and instead of correcting the mistake, the supervisor attempted to cover for her. This was unacceptable. The staff handled the situation poorly, and the overall service was terrible.
