The employees working the day we landed we're working their butts off, but had difficulty keeping up with all the demand. We waited a long time for our order! I don't know if the flight schedules are regular enough but during the busy times the Starbucks definitely needs more employees to help out the hard-working ones that were there.

This is actually a Coffee Bean & Tealeaf location, used to be SB.CB&T is always good.
This Starbucks was a scam. They charged me $1.10 extra for light ice, which they said nothing about and is just extremely unfair. They said it’s because they would have to add the base to the drink, but what if I genuinely just want less ice? So I have to pay MORE for less ice. So the total came out to nearly $7 for a grande strawberry açaí with light ice. It makes absolutely no sense. If I wanted no ice and all drink, I understand the charge, but I just wanted less ice. Even when I went to ask them about it, they basically said rules are rules. As a former barista, this makes zero sense and you should at least tell the customer about the extra charge. I also asked a friend who has worked at Starbucks for over 2 years now, and she agrees this is ridiculous and that there is no such policy stating this. Pls stop scamming people.

The problem with this location is the speed of the employees. There were 9 employees working yet still a crowd of 15+ waiting for drinks. They need to be more efficient since people at an airport expect a beverage quickly so they can make their flight. I waited 12 minutes for a Chai Tea Latte. Drink was good but there is no one even left in line as I’m leaving and still 15 other people waiting.

If I could give out 0 star for this starbucks store, I would do it. They made wrong order and the drink did not mix well together for the second time. When I said I just had 5 minutes to board the plane , please make it fast for me ,they realized they made the wrong order .They were super RUDE to me and they made fun of my drink each other and laughed in front of me. They also made wrong order for the other passengers behind me.I will never ever come back again. I would recommend customers NOT spend your money at this store because you will receive horrible customer service.

I do not recommend this Starbucks. My husband and I ordered a simple “steamer” which is basically steamed milk with Carmel and vanilla. We got cold milk with whip cream. It seems like their staff needs better training on how to be a barista.
