Dark roast was watery/bland/lacking flavor here two mornings in a row. Machine needs to be recalibrated / troubleshot.

If you appreciate a knowledgeable staff who has mastered the art of putting the correct fluid in the correct cup, then get yourself a time machine because those people are gone and replaced by untrained burnouts who need 5 tries to push the button

I love this place the employees are also nice and gets my order correct plus when I go in the remember me and what order I like.

I was just verbally disrespected by an employee that eyes are super wide open, really talking fast and was pounding on the window and scared me not one but twice. Then comes outside to argue multiple times. I come in to ask for the managers info and no one would provide me with any information. Instead they defended the employee. I was just outside by the patio waiting for my ride home and he treated me and talked to me like I was a homeless man. I’m also reporting your location to the health department. You have unstable people working in your location that yell and are talking 200 mph and again refused to give me any contact information but chose to be rude and yell. Why can’t I talk to someone about what he did?????

LOVE this location

It’s 7:39 AM — a brand new day, we’re alive, the sun is up… but apparently no one told the girls working at this Starbucks. I walked in hoping for a warm cup of coffee and some good energy, but the only thing cold was the attitude at the counter.

A smile, a simple “good morning,” maybe even a “how are you?” — it’s not much to ask, especially when you work at a place that literally serves liquid energy and is supposed to set the tone for people’s day.

Friendly tip: basic courtesy and a little education on human interaction go a long way. The coffee? Decent. The service? Still waking up, I guess.

They made my blonde shakin expresso the best I've ever had it. However, it took 15 mins to get my cheese Danish warmed up. Longest I've ever had to wait, but Drink gets 5 stars

Honestly worst experience ever!! Waited over 30 min to get 4 drink. Everyone ordering in store was getting there orders before me. I would understand if they were mobile orders but I was a walk in as well. The Barista there only paid attention to any males that approached her if it were a female she completely ignored you. Never again will I go back there!

I go to Starbucks all over the place and this one has got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I asked for foam on my latte (because there wasn’t any on it in the first) The gal rolled her eyes, put milk into a container, put the container under the Spicket, and then turned around and started preparing two different drinks. I ended up, asking another barista who came sauntering by; he did get me the foam right away, but with a bad attitude. Doesn’t anybody smile here?

Oh my God this is like the amazing spot I go to get my coffee is across the street from my job and all the staff each and every one of them are so sweet nice and kind and their service is so fast I love the fact that they always put a note of encouragement everyday in my coffee very loving people..I guve the staff here 10 stars

On a BUCK! Clean and quality Water is a plus!I feel safe and sheltered. Plus they got SECURE WiFi. (Wrigley s gum and Madeleines). Lady FINGERS!VENTI or TRIENTE Caramel Frappes! Woooord to da Mutha! Xtra KARAmel, whipped cream and 2-4 shots of Xpresso

It said they closed at 6:30 pm and I was there at 6:21 and the guys behind the counter laughed at me when I tried to open the door. I pointed at my door watch to indicate it was too early and they shook their heads at me. Had to drive 10 mins to another Starbucks.

Today I bought a cup of Nitro cold brew, firstly this drink has absolutely no traces of being shaken, there is no foam on the surface at all, I don't know if there is too much ice or some other reason, it tastes like coffee-flavored water. Worst of all, as I was about to finish it, as the coffee color gradually lightened, I found a lot of impurities at the bottom of the cup. And there's a big piece of debris that I don't know what it is! I'm completely devastated, it's not just bad-tasting, the whole cup of coffee is also unsanitary, and I basically finished it before discovering this issue. This is really terrible...
