It said they closed at 6:30 pm and I was there at 6:21 and the guys behind the counter laughed at me when I tried to open the door. I pointed at my door watch to indicate it was too early and they shook their heads at me. Had to drive 10 mins to another Starbucks.

Today I bought a cup of Nitro cold brew, firstly this drink has absolutely no traces of being shaken, there is no foam on the surface at all, I don't know if there is too much ice or some other reason, it tastes like coffee-flavored water. Worst of all, as I was about to finish it, as the coffee color gradually lightened, I found a lot of impurities at the bottom of the cup. And there's a big piece of debris that I don't know what it is! I'm completely devastated, it's not just bad-tasting, the whole cup of coffee is also unsanitary, and I basically finished it before discovering this issue. This is really terrible...

CHECK YOUR ORDER...that they got the details correct. We've been nice to the people at this 'bucks and I was bummed that, this time, I received a hot drink w/no whipped cream when I ordered a Frappuccino (w/whipped cream). (I know these are stupid, 1st-world problems, but, w/a close friend in the hospital, it was just a day where whipped cream would have made the morning a lot better. Have a good day.

Great Starbucks location. Awesome team that work at this Hutton circle location. The hours are great open at 4:30am! Although I wish they stayed open later, very happy this location exists. Always a good energy and vibe at this location.

6 people in line plus the 2 that are ordering. 2 people making orders 1 person taking orders they are working so hard and are very under staffed. The wait time are increasing I saw 1 person leave because of wait. They need help. The store is clean

The servers were nice however they did completely forgot my order and I had to wait 30 min for a Medicine
The staff is much faster than most other locations, even though they always have a lot of mobile orders. Overall they're just really kind. It's pretty often that they'll write positive notes or draw doodles on the cups.

It's unfortunate watching the staff rotate as time goes on. I hope the previous staff have found fulfilling careers after leaving.Some of the other lower star reviews are spot on- the newer staff in this location will walk to the back to avoid helping you and crack jokes about it. Bless the young woman who bothered to make my drink this morning.
