I just have to shout out my FAVORITE barista at this Starbucks—JUNO is truly a ray of sunshine every single time I walk through the door! No matter how my day is going, her positive energy and warm welcome instantly lift my mood. On top of that, she consistently makes my drink perfect every time. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and this barista does it all with a smile. Thank you for being the highlight of my morning coffee runs. 🙌☕💚

Juno is the best!! Juno made some great suggestions for our favorite drinks and made them 10x better! Juno & the rest of the staff made our morning! As soon as we came in we were greeted with a smile. 10/10 experience!

I go almost every morning to get a coffee. This morning I had a horrible experience with one of the girls at the drive thru. She seemed to be having a bad day and gave me the worst attitude. I was trying to pay with Apple Pay and she was very aggressive in her tone of voice and rolled her eyes and gave me horrible attitude. She aggressively told me that I need to click on the tip options. I had already clicked it and was trying to scan my phone to pay. She was frustrated and kept telling me I had to click the option and I told her I did and I’m trying to scan. I confronted her about her bad attitude because I couldn’t take her tone of voice and the faces she was making at me. She told me it’s not personal and that it’s really busy. I let her know that I’ve worked customer service for years and I understand about busy and bad days but it’s never a reason to take it out on a customer. I spoke with a supervisor and I don’t think she seemed care about her employees bad attitude. The service at this location has dropped drastically. In the end they didn’t give me the correct order.

Extremely rude management. When they messed up with my drink 3 times, I was still polite and just asked to make the one I ordered (nothing special, just seasonal lavender oat latte from a poster). A girl did not listen what I said at register, same as barista (because people automatically I noticed here do not listen what you say - I have Slavic accent, even though my English level is perfect and pronouncation is clear). Then a young man manager angry same as all of 3 were, even I until the end was just average customer, said to me: “OK WE ARE BUSY, I WILL ISSUE YOU A REFUND”. He was not even there and instead of saying SORRY to me, started BLAME ME in their mistake, I understand that I always treated like that no matter if I am a customer or work anywhere. So LATER ON WHEN I JUST SAID CLEARLY: “I do need need a refund, it’s just my accent, just make me a drink and named it again”. And all 3 times I said it, he answered: “WE WILL MAKE IT, BUT YOU HAVE TO LEAVE”. I SAID AGAIN IT’s my Eastern European accent. I was treated like trash. They all act like I came to their home as soon as I enter there. Always that attitude. I complied and left, and he said sorry not to me but to a line of crowd who were waiting him, just make me order instead of this racist show. Honestly, I could sue that place for treatment like in fields in 50s. Never will return there.

I ordered online and waited more than 10 minutes and when I finally got my drinks the didn't even fill the whole cup up. Keep in mind I ordered a venti and they filled it as if it was a grande. In addition to that, when I looked at my drinks they got one of them wrong and when I told them that I had ordered a different size, they had to think it over before they decided to re-do it for me. Finally the lid to the drink they re did for me wasn't even sealed. I normally have a good experience every time I come to this specific location but this time the service was lacking. Not coming back again.

Hi I usually every morning get my iced shaken espresso usually this store it’s my closest one hit the managers and baristas are rude I go yesterday my drink with the pumpkin cream foam she did not put nothing just lots off ice and cinamoon that I could not drink it almost had allergic reaction with the tons of cinnamon that’s my worts coffe in my life and the barista told that it’s the way that it goes I will never go back and it’s not even clean always dirty tables

Very bad service my daughter ordered her drinks and then I order a cup of water and they didn't give it to her first they made the drinks of about 10 people and I asked the one who is a cashier and said they were going by order which my girl VAT first they very bad service

I had been coming to this Starbuck's for years as it's close to my home. Today is the last day I will ever go to this Starbucks. About a month ago I came to this Starbuck's and ordered a Lavender Match and asked if I could have the extra foam left in the blender. I was told that if I wanted the foam they would have to charge me. I asked what were they going to do with it if I didn't pay for the extra foam, throw it away? And, they said yes! So, I was like your really going to throw it away, unless I pay for it, and they still said yes! I said, "Keep your foam!"

Today, I went in and asked a scoop of spice in my latte (I know weird, don't judge!). I was told that I couldn't have a scoop of spice in my latte because they didn’t know how the spice would mix with the milk in the latte and it might not agree with me. I told them that I just had the same thing yesterday at a different Starbuck's, I did and it was delicious! When the girl asked her manager, the manager was like , "No, we can't do that!" I was pretty upset because it was ridiculous to me that they wouldn't put something in my drink I asked for thst tgey carry!

Then I sat my grocery bag on the table for a moment and the same manager was like,"Can you move your bag, it's for our mobil orders!" There was not a single drink on that table! Every single drink that was coming out was on the counter and not a single drink on the darn table!

Then I asked for a stopper and am told they are in a container and there was 1 in a dirty container. I told her there was 1 but it was dirty and I needed 4. The manager went on to do something else. When I asked her a second time for the stoppers she was like, "I told my associate to go get them."

I swear, I now know why all the people who used to work there left! This Starbuck's has become militant and absolutely not the type of Starbuck's I'm used to. It was dirty, and there was trash on the floor.

The whole experience was disappointing and disgusting! I will never come back ro this Starbuck's again! I rather drive a mile down the street to another Starbuck's where I have never had an issue ordering or getting what I want!

One person takes the order and prepares the beverages, only one!!!I can understand why she’s so frustrated, I don’t blame her, I blame the shareholders for not caring about their employees!!!

I got to say Starbucks is the spot where these people work very hard to make you happy who doesn't like starting their day off with a great cup of coffee. Thank you Starbucks.

Came threw drive threw ordered 2 shaken expressos with cashiers was wonderful barista made out drinks horrible when asked she rudely came and was waist full saying this is how we make drinks and told cashier it was her fault they where wrong argued and was very rude the barista cashier
