One person takes the order and prepares the beverages, only one!!!I can understand why she’s so frustrated, I don’t blame her, I blame the shareholders for not caring about their employees!!!

Charles in charge.

I got to say Starbucks is the spot where these people work very hard to make you happy who doesn't like starting their day off with a great cup of coffee. Thank you Starbucks.

Shouting out Crystal for the customer service and for making my order right after visiting a different location and getting my drink wrong. Thank you and to the staff too.

Based on the employees here on 12/15/23 at 10:30 AM. The employees are more content with talking to each other than to provide any type of customer service experience. You can hear their personal conversations since that's what they're more focused on. A little professionalism and customer service goes an extremely long way.

If I could give no stars I would. The employees here are like zombie teenagers. So rude. Especially a girl there didn't get her name but she so rude. She's terrible. She has a bad attitude. Walks around slamming stuff and throwing in the food into the ovens. I'll never go to that Starbucks again.

As a former Starbucks employee, I am absolutely embarrassed of this establishment. The Starbucks employees not only ruined both me and my husbands drink. They were passive aggressive when we made a simple request to add cinnamon dolce sprinkles on top of my drink. They were also rude by not attending to customers and playing on their cell phones instead, I especially thought the barista's names of Mia and Noe. I am used to going to Starbucks at least 5 to 10 times a week because of the supposed quality service of drinks and customer service which I received neither at this establishment. I will never come back to this one again. Mia allowed my Husbands cappuccino to air out, resulting in an extremely bitter drink. It doesn't help that the "Shaken Apple Oat milk Espresso" had no apple syrup in it. This Starbucks is in dire need of some retraining, or at the very least employees who care about the drinks they serve.

This starbucks was run by two people and very disorganized. I came for the 50% off deal on 10/26 and asked for a nitro cold brew. The cashier told me it was bogo 50% off but I clearly showed her the app which stated that all drinks are 50% off with no terms and she would not honor it. The employees are not aware of their own promotions and should be re-trained.

According to this Yelp it says good for working, but the employee told me that ALL Starbucks no longer have outlets for working so not true. I often work at Starbucks with outlets so may just be the ones that employee worked at. If you are trying to work do not come here.

Not one electrical outlet. All covered. Food nor drink tried. Business lost.

Usually, amazing service. However, I had a terrible experience yesterday and today. I ordered through mobile yesterday (9/23/2023) around 11:08am and after waiting 25 minutes I decided to ask about my coffee. They told me they lost the ticket and didn't even ask to see my receipt or offer to make it fast. I had to work, so left. After I left, I was trying to get a refund through the app, but that was impossible. So I called the store, they told me they couldn't get a refund through the phone that I had to go in. I asked if I could go in the next day since I had work. They said yes. So I go in today 9/24/2023 around 12:30pm and the shift lead proudly tells me she's the shift lead and there's no way that happened since she was on yesterday evening and doesn't remember that. I tell her it was 11am and showed her my receipt. She says oh and to make sure I talk to a shift lead next time because they are the only ones that can approve this. Why do I have to ask for a shift lead? Why don't you train your employees on standards instead? I'm the customer, and she showed zero empathy and instead was telling me what to do. How about I'm sorry for the inconvenience? I'm not trying to get free coffee, it's purely based on principle. I don't even leave reviews, but this irritated me so much. I'm a hospitality manager, so I know how to talk to guest/customers. This shift lead should not get promoted until she learns how to deal with customers. Please learn how to listen, have empathy and deal with customers. Anyway, I really hope the manager reads this and pre-shifts the importance of getting a lead on the phone when a situation occurs, so the customer doesn't have to "learn" to get a lead.

This place always "claims" to be out of everything on the app. I arrived at 8:30pm and they were already closed. I understand if a place runs out of syrups, it's bound to happen. However, when it's a constant thing, then it gets annoying. They always close early. If they're going to be closing early, then change the hours on your door and app.

The baristas were super sweet and attentive even while being occupied by several mobile orders! Daphne helped me out and she was so sweet and really went above and beyond :)
