I’m really dissatisfied with the drink I received. I ordered it with light ice, but it came filled with way too much ice, which is frustrating considering it was already a small-sized drink. I only got a few actual sips of the drink, so it really felt like I wasted my money. On top of that, the color of the drink didn’t look right, which makes me question the quality and whether it was made correctly. Overall, this experience feels disappointing and almost like a scam. I honestly would’ve liked to request a refund because I did not receive what I paid for but I had already driven away.

Thought I’d give this location a second chance after being disappointed the first time around, but I was disappointed once again. Ordering on the app is useless as I still had to wait 20 minutes to receive my drinks, which were also once again disappointing. Not only were my hot beverages lukewarm by the time I received them, but they all lacked flavor and did not taste anything like they are supposed to. Customer service is also very poor. Will be going to Bristol and Warner from now on.

Very laud music to the uncomfortable point. I know in some places they use this strategy to empty tables quick but Starbucks was a place before to sit and not now.
