Worst service at this location. Got to location at 5:30am for a mobile order pick up. Door was locked. I tried to open door twice and had to knock to get anyone to acknowledge me and was just given a point to the drive through. Pulled up to the window and said I was picking up a mobile order. I was told with attitude that “next time I need to stop at the speaker”. Honestly was shocked as the other woman working laughed at the situation.

Drive through Hat to see that's their got my motcha made cold and realized that their put it in a metal cup and heat it up got me to let them know I would like to have it remade. Than another try she gave with sugar not without so I had to drive back and another one had to straight it out.See sloppy is sloppy make it right the first place don't reuse something when you know it's not right!

Everything was fine until I asked for the code to use the restroom while I wanted for my order. The girl “you have to make a purchase to use” this is few minutes after she took my order. Kinda pissed me off.
A friendly barista was quick to make up our favorite coffee Pike Place.

CONGRATULATIONS on serving me the nastiest coffee I've ever had. If I wanted a large cup of oatmilk I would have asked for that instead of paying full price for a large coffee! I get that you guys are busy but do them right or else what's the point! I even asked for an extra shot of expresso!!!
