CONGRATULATIONS on serving me the nastiest coffee I've ever had. If I wanted a large cup of oatmilk I would have asked for that instead of paying full price for a large coffee! I get that you guys are busy but do them right or else what's the point! I even asked for an extra shot of expresso!!!

First thing in the morning and some employee named Diana working the drive thru window was nice to me when i talked to her through the speaker but when i went to get my order at the window she gave me the stank look and had the nastiest attitude. Like girl bye not my fault you are not a morning person. Get it together Starbucks, if your drinks and food are gonna cost a lot more at least train your employees to be more friendlier. Thanks bye
This Starbucks is chill what caught me off guard is when I went to the bathroom and the Starbucks Employee or manager went to knock at the door asking “ if I’m okay “ I have been there less than 10 minutes like should they mind their business … did not see them go knocking at ppl when they went to the bathroom ..

Well I ordered an ice white mocha with only 1 pump and it’s like they added more pumps, it was so sweet I could not drink it. My coffee was also more milk than coffee. I also ordered a butter croissant and it was cold in the middle. This has happened multiple times. Very disappointed with my visit todayI don’t know that I would be back to this location

It's a bummer they just opened and I already wouldn't go back and theyre so near my office. I've ordered 3 different drinks on 3 occasions and they're always wrong. Not sure if they don't pay attn when we order or if they just do their own thing. If you tell them it's wrong everyone stares at you, glares at you, am honestly disappointed. I should have taken a picture of my drink. Asked for a drink and they sarcastically put half the cup whip cream. Bummer and disappointed.
