They people working 11/1/23 at 1:20 were talking to each other and other people and not paying much attention the guy taking orders was kind of rude my drink was less tasted different I also asked for a venti cup of water with ice and I got a grande cup of ice ?

Starbucks employee Daniella and young man working with here are just rude they don't greet you or acknowledge you they ignore you even if they are infront of you they will continue to do what they are doing once they are done they acknowledge you when asking for what you are here to order or what you need help in they act like you are a bother if you don't like your job there other options usually all Starbucks have happy employees

Very bad service they are not friendly and they lack training to know how to prepare the vevidas I bought a side coffee and it tasted like pure milk no coffee what a disappointment so expensive and very bad service

I’ve been ordering Starbucks everyday for the past few days cause of the holiday drinks from other Starbucks, (the sugar cookie almondmilk latte + vanilla sweet creme), I only had this place 2-3 times and let me tell you guys, this is definetly the best Starbucks. I’ve had the Brookhurst \\u0026 Edinger one , Newhope one, Ellis one, Adams one, but these girls at this Starbucks definitely made me drink the BEST. If I lived close by I’d come here everyday to be honest. The girls working here are so nice and they make the best drinks. Thank y’all!!

Came here to return some of the Starbucks products and the short cashier with heavy eye makeup was rude enough to say I came to return because I couldn't resell those. I also came another time and was looking at the keychains they have and she took the whole box of keychains away from me. The other cashiers were nice to help me out but the short girl shouldn't be working at a customer service job. Horrible attitude.

I guess people there should have more manners to treat people because they are working and throwing hate to everybody. If you work in the costumer service you should know how to treat people and be nice. This young shot lady treat us really bad and had an awful way of treating people. Starbucks should give you and etiquette course. Also, the coffee tasted really nasty.

We went in today and Ana was the only employee there. She got a little rush but regardless, she was giving good customer service. Even though she was under pressure being the only employee on a Sunday during a rush, her attitude was great. :)
