Avoid this starbucks. The baristas are 3 what look like high-school girls who aren't all there. Take for ever to take an order. And even longer to make the drinks. Go across the street to the Starbucks inside Target. Way better service. They had my Strawberry Acai refresher done, right after I paid for it. Where I physically left starbucks 1248 17th St. Because they were taking forever. And it was just 1 other person and whatever orders were in the drive through....

I’ve been going to this location for years and have never had an issue. Just recently I noticed this barista and she has been giving be really unsettling service. Usually when people tap to pay (Apple Pay) the barista will confirm the payment went through but just yesterday after my husband paid all she did was retrieve the device, turned her back towards us and shut the window while we waited for that confirmation and for her to turn back around so we can thank her after a few seconds we realized she wasn’t going to turn back around and all we did was shrug our shoulders and checked his account to make sure he got charged. I’ve had to change my name on the app just so she doesn’t fill my cup up to the rim with ice. I don’t know who she is, never seen her in my life ever. Unfortunately I’ve tried giving her the benefit of the doubt by thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. Today was the 5th try and whatever she has going on is personal. I won’t be going back there anymore and will go to Dunkin’ Donuts only because I don’t want to have so worry if she put anything in my drink. We truly don’t know what others intentions are sadly and I want to play it safe. Hope she has better days. I wasn’t really able to read her name tag, what I got was Anahlya but I’m not sure if I got it right all the way since it was a bit hard to read. She’s a bit on the heavier side with tattoos on her arms and neck.

This location is really a hit or miss. I recently started going to Starbucks more frequently because I like the matcha latte. What is disappointing When is that when I get my drinks they are usually 3/4 of a way full. The taste will sometimes be off as well. Today my drink was half way full. I didn't notice because they put two cups. While it's the closest location to my work I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Appreciate what you guys do. Love the drinks but Get them some HELP. Expected time for drinks for when I order in this location is always off by 15-25 mins! Mobile orders are off the menu, nothing too personalized expected for milk substitutes and yet I've been waiting here 15mins past my expected time and still waiting on my drinks. Maybe the additional helping hands can help keep the exit counters clean too for good aspect. Or maybe update the app expected drink time so we can adjust our schedule accordingly so we aren't late to our next appointment. Otherwise you guys do good. Thank-you

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years because it is close to home. I order the same thing every time and 90% of the time it tastes different and not good. Wasted so much money here and the only reason I keep going is once in a while a barista gets it right and I assume they retrained the staff to make a good coffee. My bad for assuming.
