Took 45 minutes for a coffee. Very slow staff. Had to wait for the guy at the register to finish his 15 minute conversation with some random dude! This staff needs replacement or needs better training. Unacceptable service at its best. 👎🏼👎🏼

If I can give 0 Stars I would, first and last time coming to this place, the barista got my order wrong gave me two lattes instead of two Machas, I told them both about the issue and instead of fixing my order I got attitude from both girls, we saw people come and go and they just ignored us, the manager jumped in and ended up fixing the situation, but i should’ve known it was going to be bad once I saw them working on a messy area which means they don’t even clean where they prepared the drinks, never coming back to this location

You gotta be specific when ordering a vanilla or chocolate cream cold brew they like to skip adding the sweet cold cream at the top and just mix it with milk

They got part of my order wrong. And when I told them about it, they still wanted to charged me more. They also gave me the wrong bakery items.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and was quite disappointed with the service. The staff, while polite, seemed to be struggling with efficiency. My order took an unusually long time to prepare, and there was noticeable delay even with a simple coffee and pastry order. The slow pace affected the overall experience, making what should have been a quick stop turn into a frustrating wait. I hope the team can improve their speed and streamline their processes to provide a better experience for future customers.
