I remember why I stopped coming to this Starbucks… They always burn my coffee and right after I drink it my stomach instantly starts hurting.
If you want good coffee and still from Starbucks there is just one right up the road never had an issue with burnt coffee there.

I'm a loyal, daily customer at this Starbucks, and for the most part, my experiences have been great. I've always felt welcome, and the baristas consistently craft my drinks perfectly. In fact, the drinks are a solid 5-star experience – consistently delicious and made exactly to order. I can't fault them there at all.
However, my recent experiences have been significantly impacted by one employee. There's a new, older gentleman working the drive-thru window who is consistently rude and unwelcoming. His demeanor is a stark contrast to the friendly and positive attitudes of the other baristas I've encountered at this location (and other Starbucks locations). Every morning, I dread interacting with him. It's gotten to the point where it's affecting my overall experience and starting my day off on the wrong foot.
It's truly disappointing, because I love supporting this Starbucks and appreciate the quality of their beverages. But the drive-thru interaction is the only customer service I receive, and it's currently a very negative one.
It's unfortunate that I have to rate this Starbucks so low. The drinks deserve a much higher rating, but the consistently poor customer service from this particular employee brings the entire experience down to a 1-star. I hope management addresses this issue, as it's a significant detractor from an otherwise excellent establishment

When staff gives me a difficult time in regards to using the restroom. That location gets 1 star.
They changed up everything they charge for water why I don't know they call the cops on every little thing and expect a tip these gay dudes are cruel.

I accidentally made a mistake on my order. An employee named Tyler shuffled an took care of everything. By far the best customer service Starbucks in the area!

Where did the customer service go? Been a usual client for this place for a few years as I work 2 minutes away; and it was always convenient to go in before work. It’s at the point where you don’t even get greeted. I’m a customer service manager; and I know my employees would not have a job if they couldn’t provide nothing but the best service. I think the donut shop across the street takes a lot more pride in serving their guest. I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied this place that has the franchise name “Starbucks” did not live up to the standard Starbucks has established for their franchisees. Walked in was not greeted, handed my drink which they couldn’t even get my name, and walked out without any care from not one employee.

I’ve been to this starbucks several times in the last month or two and 3 of those times, the dining area was closed with no explanation…in the middle of the day.
I came here again this evening specifically because the hours on line say it’s open until 10:30 PM. I bought a coffee and sat down and found out a few minutes layer that only the drive through is open until 10:30, the dining area closes at 9PM.
I looked at the posted hours at the store and those are correct, so that’s at least good, but on line they are not correct. So if you want to come and sit down in store and enjoy your coffee, this place is inconsistent with when the dining area is open.
There’s no electric outlets to charge devices . Starbucks is getting worse everyday.
