I’m sorry to say but the girl that’s in the morning attending the clients is new or. Not sure what’s going on but we had more then 20 min waiting on line to order she kept doing drink and looking at the instructions or something but I believe they should be trained way before!!!!!!! Almost half an he to order and get your drink ? Starbucks associates get it to get corporate!

I usually stop at Starbucks before I start shopping in Target, but the employees at this one are so rude I wouldn't recommend it. Before I even walked up to the counter I stopped to look at the merchandise shelves and all the way from the counter two employees both loudly announced, "We're closed!". It was only 5:45pm and their hours are listed as 8am-8pm everywhere I checked so that in itself was annoying, but to basically yell at a customer is just unprofessional. So, just be aware that they choose their own hours and you may be scolded if you try to make them do their job.. because how dare you!

Quite possibly the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I stood in a short line for 30 minutes to get a double espresso. 3 people on a shift and only one is actually working, albeit very slowly.

They don’t do any custom orders, how hard would a simple fresh brew coffee with vanilla syrup be? Left the poor barista confused.

Rude inconsiderate staff. This literally just happened today, right now. I don't know the baristas name but it was a young woman.I was literally the only person in line (the barista took the order of the party before me while I was already in line). She turned away to make their order. Did not address me in any way. Had me standing there for minutes.Then she just turns off the lights--does not address me at all. Then her manager comes up and asks her if she's taking a break. She says she's taking an "early break.You could have told me that and saved my time.Manager saw me standing there. Just left me standing there. LOL.Don't come here they clearly don't value your time.

Had an amazing experience at Starbucks the other day my baristas Beverly and Jessica made the whole experience unforgettable and enjoyable. I really appreciate the patience they had for helping me choose a drink, as I am not an avid coffee drinker. The drink was amazing and made to perfection! Would definitely come back again!!

Like coming to this store, but the starbucks kinda grossed me out today. There were FLIES inside the display sandwich case. I know they're display food, but it was gross. I let the employees know and they dismissed it by saying they dont sell that food. Granted but it's still gross to see about 7 flies trapped in there ??

This review is specifically for Starbucks located inside Target on 17th and Grand. I wanted to express my gratitude towards Luz, her welcoming and customer service was overwhelmingly pleasant. Even tho she was the only one attending at the time her customer service was always on point. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable.
