Lol, they let a Heroine addicted person stay all day but they kick out a paying person. Yes this is her stuff and it's been here since 8am as I'm posting this a5 7:45pm. She also has bought nothing so that seems like a good business plan...
Let's kick the people paying out but leave the junkies
Starbucks; please provide store policy, how to order a tea, or display a sign. Starbuck Corporate Office of Starbucks, says they got make the tea as you order your drink. According to store#15729, they do not go by Policy. Amanda store mange makes her own policy and can not provide policy changes. Also Store mange use paid time to sit and lounge. Employees should be retrainned, to service customers.
They don’t accept cash, really!!? Plus looks like a shelter after certain hours.
Kid-friendliness: Not kids friendly, can’t there’s a school close by

If you're thinking of stopping by this Starbucks in Santa Ana with your family or young kids, you might want to reconsider. The vibe here can be a bit uncomfortable at times, as it tends to attract people who are down on their luck or struggling emotionally. There's one lady who regularly comes in and causes a scene—yelling and insulting customers—which definitely makes things tense.
Unfortunately, the police and security can’t do much unless something really serious happens, and with how busy the Santa Ana Police Department is, they're unlikely to respond to minor disturbances. It seems like they're stretched pretty thin.
That said, if you’re just running in for a quick mobile order, you’ll probably be okay. But if you’re planning to hang out or bring the family, just be aware of the situation. Hopefully, things improve here soon, but for now, it’s a bit of a risky spot for a chill coffee run.

Chaotic here! Took 20 minutes just to get my muffin. Never coming here again. Worse customer service experience, as I told 3 people I’m waiting for a muffin. Not even thank you for your patience!Employees running around like chickens with their head cut off!
It is not crowded and really fresh.
