Truly some of the nicest baristas and staff of any Starbucks I've ever been to. They always take care to get your order right, and are more than happy to fix any mistakes and then some. Always a smile, friendly atmosphere, and they'll remember you or drop a friendly note if you come back!

I order at this location all the time almost everyday! I usually order through my app because the service is terrible I hate ordering in person. Today in particular I had no choice but to go in person, after placing my order and my colleague order I asked for a cup of water. I did see that they were giving out venti cups of water to everyone, so I asked if I can get one just to hear from the cashier “Jenn” that I can only get a tall! She said they were short staff. I honestly feel discriminated against as a Latina woman; all of the other guests around me received what they asked for while my cup wasn’t even filled all the way! So much for calling your self the third place!

Hello, I ordered a hot latte, they made me a cold one. Having told this to the bartender, I felt humiliated, because in front of me she poured out another coffee! But they forgot to do it again, I had to come up and remind about the order. This has never happened in any Starbucks before! Half finished my coffee after 20 minutes
