One of my favorite Starbucks shops to go to! I never know what to get, but Johanna always helps me with a smile and provides such a wonderful beverage. She's the sweetest person, and the other workers are friendly too! Probably the very reason I even go here. Really lightens up my day.
This is a very tough Starbucks to read, as it's in a very busy mall in their food court, and therefore it has inherent disadvantages. That being said they do a good job. The staff is on their toes and very friendly, and I just happened to walk in already having been to two previous Starbucks meetings and all I wanted was some ice water. I felt a little bit awkward but the staff reassured me was no big deal and just handed me my cup of ice water so I could sit and wait for...
