bald man with glasses was extremely rude when i last went. i accidentally placed my order at the wrong store so as i went up to the window i was practically scolded by him. by the way this was ONLY 1 drink. which was just a summer berry refresher. after some attitude from him and him basically going off on me he offered to make my drink and i politely declined and left.like after you just yelled at me why would i trust you with my drink? i ended up picking up my drink at the store that i ordered at and they were so kind and even offered to remake my drink to give me a fresh one. anyways if you have to get that upset for one little mistake you have to work to do. your job isn’t really that had it’s just shaking juice together and putting some pearls butttt yeah let’s get upset at customers 😆

Honestly Super Disappointed at there policy which doesn’t allow anyone to use there restroom without buying something , you think they’d be more humane considering certain things for certain people I know there’s bad folks out there who are inconsiderate of others property but honestly they’re the inconsiderate ones this time and iam surprised no one has sued yet 🤔, considering my wife and I are having a high risk pregnancy and her holding it can be be really bad and as she walked in yesterday in need of help since it was our closest option they refused to allow her to use the restroom unless she bought something , luckily subway stepped up and allowed her kindly to use there restroom next door ,thank you subway 🙏🫶 and for Starbucks yall really suck! expected more from you .
