No bathroom
I went to the Starbucks around nineish at night and the barista who was working at the drive-through was very rude. I couldn’t get her name but she is Latina and was wearing glasses but since I ordered, she gave me attitude and her tone was just rude since the beginning and I ordered a drink and I told her that I wanted it cold and then when she gave me the order, the drink was hot and I asked her for the receipt and she gave me attitude and didn’t even say have a good night or anything when she handed me my drinks and also when she gave me the receipt and I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what the issue was but she was rude from the start and I told her I hope your day gets better and she said yeah you too like saying that I was the one with the attitude Like if you don’t like working there, maybe get another job but I am not at fault for you having a bad day and I don’t deserve your petty attitude and when I went back so she could fix my drink she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

Literally won’t give water when requested
So again I got the wrong order at Starbucks. I wouldn’t normally give a review but this one really was just a little too frustrating. I called to talk to the manager and spoke to someone who was covering for the store as Jessica I guess is not in today. Which is the problem except the person filling in was beyond frustrating with the conversation. I was never offered any type of “I’ll make it right”. Instead was told why it was my fault for asking for my coffee to be prepared a certain way. That was when I really started to get irritated. I explained I’ve ordered this coffee all across the country without any issues and he simple said well sorry. He wasn’t rude he was quite kind in his tone but his lack of any type or problem resolution was not available. I will not be venturing back to that Starbucks any time soon. So if you have any thing remotely not ? on the menu I don’t believe this is the Starbucks for you. It definitely isn’t for me.

I was at the emergency room down the street and wanted to grab a couple coffees. The hours online and at the store they close at midnight. Showed up at 11:35 PM and they told us they were closed. If you’re going to close early, maybe adjust your hours appropriately.

Very friendly and efficient staff-even true during the BOGO event, which is not always the case at every Starbucks. Everyone wished me a happy birthday, which was unexpected but the best, I just wish I didn't get so shy lol?↕️ Enough about me, this crew at 12:07 on July 12th is very D O P E !

There new drinks are so good the Carmel cold brew with sweet cream cold foam hits the spot , also can't wait for November when they have the pumpkin scones then December Carmel creme brulee

This is my favorite Starbucks location. I live closer to 3 other Starbucks but prefer to drive to this location because their refreshers are always super fresh and yummy.

Man with a beard and a nose piercing informs me there’s no restroom, while I’m holding a coffee I just paid him for. Almost peed my pants going somewhere else
