The girl in the drive thru register (Tuesday 10/24 @2:40 PM) is just rude. I asked her about a recommendation for my drink and she answered with such annoyance and rudeness. If you don't want to work at Starbucks then don't, look for another job with no customer service. On top of that my drink wasn't even made correctly so I just threw it away.

First time at this location. First thing I noticed was limited parking, a typically drive thru lane and a mobile order pickup window. Convenient. Went inside and surprised to see a small area, no sitting, limited standing - just an order counter. Must be the quickie get & go Starbucks. Great coffee as usual.

They serve me a three week cake I brought it back and she said that's when they make it. I usually don't write nothing bad about other people business, but I'm not even comfortable of eating. This is just a waste.

Went through the drive-through. They had a sign that said cash only today. The employee on the intercom apologized and asked if I wanted to pay cash. I said that would be fine, but how do I get my points for the app? He asked "do you want to use points?" I said no, and asked the question again. He then told me that he didn't understand my question so I asked again - how do I get points if I pay cash. He then explained how the app works - (scan & pay vs scan only.) Ok - so I can get my points if I pay cash today. (At this point I am under the impression that their payment system is down, nothing was said about the app - quite the opposite, he just said I could use the app.) He says no, you can't get points because our scanner is down. WTF!!! I just asked you the question and you told me that I could use the scan only option.To be clear, I am not upset that the system is down - things happen, but the fact that this employee (or are they still called "partners?") couldn't answer my simple question is baffling.

Wow thanks for my $6 cup of ice! My Venti cup was filled to the very top with ice and only had about five sips worth of coffee in it. Pretty disappointing

Alexa is the rudest barista I have ever met! She completely ignored and disregarded myself and other customers at the window. She places all of our drinks in the sun and proceeded to ignore us. When we rang the door bell she took her time coming to the window with a complete attitude as if we were bothering her to get our items after she kicked us out of the store at exactly 6pm. She needs an attitude adjustment or a different job.
