I came today with my friends we got 3 subs and they were all delicious!!! The young man with glasses was helping us out, he had amazing customer service! He was fast and made sure he got our order right!! He was alone and handled the customers well! Will be coming back thank you!!! Give this man a raise!!!
Thursday afternoon slow day at mall as usually you can say. I was standing for over 5 mins and the employee didn’t even acknowledge which is fine but at least be approachable but no he was restocking tomatoes one by one and didn’t even take my order . I took my business across the street , it’s people like this that are one of the reasons malls are going down the drain .

Staff very rude when I order my sandwich. I have a choice where to eat in food court. Note Manager not around. Will not buy from this subway ever again.

I already reached out to the Subway Customer Service Team, but they did nothing so I’m just going to complain on here so they can go screw themselves. I go in on a Wednesday afternoon, and I ask for a 12” roast beef. Simple. For some reason, the kid who “serviced” me decides to give me only THREE slices of roast beef…. On a 12” sandwich. I didn’t notice it until i took a bite because it felt like I was eating a Veggie sandwich. I decide to take it back and tell the kid’s coworker that he only gave me 3 slices on a 12”. They then tell me that that’s how they got trained, apparently without any use of common sense. Meanwhile, the coworker proceeds to call her manager, in front of me, to verify. She hangs up and says “its actually supposed to be 6 slices on a footlong”. That’s still wrong. On the website they say that it should be from 12-15 slices on a footlong. But whatever, I didn’t care, I just wanted a new sandwich but they refused to make me a new one. Here’s what their genius minds did instead: they grabbed 6 new slices, heated them up seperately, and then grabbed my half eaten sandwich and decided to heat that up too?!?!? With veggies still in there and everything?!?!?? What moronic, nonsensical, illogical person decides to reheat a sandwich full of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc??? Like anyone loves to eat hot vegetables???? That pissed me off so. Then they put in the new 6 slices inside my burnt up sandwich, wrap it up nicely like a birthday present, and hand it over to me. I told them if they’re serious and that this was the worst service and worst Subway place anyone can ever visit. I then take the sandwich, don’t even fully eat it (because of how unpleasant it is) and proceed to write a report to Subway Customer Service. Their response? Almost of a joke as the workers at this subway: “we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers”. This whole franchise is a joke. They didn’t even have a decency to give me a simple $10 gift card to “make things right” or anything. I hope they go under.

I have never been to a subway like this before and DEFINITELY not in a good way. The worst customer service. Sophia is not only rude, she obviously doesn’t want to be there, her demeanor is very careless and I will not be coming back for sure. Take your business to a different restaurant.

walked up to order a simple soup, they didn’t have any what so ever .Waited for over 10 minutes and no one came out to help customers. 10 minutes later One guy comes out saying he was on break, yet the other employee is in the back playing loud music with the front un attended. Couldn’t even hear me asking them for help or service . I do not recommend this stop , very bad franchisee location being operated.very unprofessional .

The women with full make up was so unprofessional, rude and has attitude towards me. I was just requesting to heat up my bread and she stated she can’t do it. The worst employee I ever encountered. I would not recommend this place here at Mainplace mall

Terrible service, the bad employee needs to be given more hours of work so that she learns to serve customers, some customer service classes for the two employees who were there on 5/14/23. That is why they have 2 stars for terrible service and quality of service. meal ……

Worker turned away 10 customers saying cash only. Interesting that when another mall worker came to purchase a bag of chips the card reader was working for them . I asked for their store number and they turned off the machine. Called corporate.

They have the worst service. A line was forming and the woman ignored the line and continued to chat with her coworkers. They are rude and have an attitude with the customers. They need to be fired.
