I am very pleased with the dining room remodel here. I love the green and yellow neon Subway “S” on the wall. The workers made me and my friend feel well taken care of. We will gladly return. Even though I live on the other side of Santa Ana, this restaurant is worth the trip.

As a nurse I’m so upset with the lady Maria who made my sandwich just so rude I placed a order online for the flat bread and online it doesn’t give me an option to toast it like how it lets me do it for every other bread as shown in the pictures I provided below! I left in the notes “can you please toast it”. I seen she was not going to toast the sandwich so I politely asked her can you please toast it. She gave the rudest attitude and said “you should have put it online now I have to take off the lettuce and cucumbers” and she threw the toppings off with an attitude. I told her online it doesn’t give me that option I’m sorry and “she said we pay extra to toast it so you need to figure it out to put toasted online” I even showed her it didn’t work and she still had a attitude then she throws my sandwich in the toaster for like 5 seconds it wasn’t even fully toasted. I’m so upset with the service I received I don’t mind paying extra for it being toasted it’s just the fact how she acted when the app didn’t even allow me to do so. I didn’t even get to enjoy my sandwich that I payed for thanks Maria I won’t be going back!

Walked in the place worker didn't speak was standing waiting to be helped worker ignored me and kept doing what she was doing. Stood there for 5 minutes still didn't get any help so I walked out I'll never come back to this subway again horrible customer service.

Paid $10.49 for a stale bread, about as thin a spread of tuna possible, three slivers of onion strategically placed, and tomatoes that looked like they're on their last leg. I know this is how staff is trained, but what used to be amazing sandwich lacks substance and shop owner integrity. I will not be returning unless time is an issue since I work in this error. Goodbye Subway!

I go sometimes and one day I've ordered a Ft long veggie delight sandwich and the girl only pit a 4 slices of cheese when it comes with 8. Sje put 4 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, and little lettuce and spinach. I was like really? Everytime I go there no matter what meet I get they put so little veggies. I also ordered a Ft Long ham and the lady charged me almost $11 dollars for a regular meat sandwich.

Ayer por la noche fui por 2 subways y la chica se enojo porque le dije que no le Habia puesto mayonesa empezo a aventar las cosas muy grosera, y le echo solo un chorrito de mayonesa y luego bien pocos vegetales. Muy mal la atencion de verdad. Si no le gusta su trabajo que se cambien pero que no traten a la gente como si fuera a pedir regalado?
