"I was disappointed with my recent experience at your establishment. While I appreciate your business, I have a few concerns:
1. Customer service: I felt that the staff could be more attentive and friendly.
2. Food quality: Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations.
3. Restroom facilities: I was surprised to find that the customer restroom was out of order for an extended period. Although employees seemed to be using it, customers were told it was unavailable. I hope you'll consider repairing or cleaning the restroom to provide better amenities for your customers.

I normally always go to this subway but today I went and I was going to eat my sandwich and saw there was a black string imbedded into the bread of my sandwich. Which I managed to pull it out the black string has hair attacked to it. I tried to ask for a refund on my drinks earlier because there was black stuff in the ice and they complained about it. Going back tomorrow with my sandwich to try and get a refund for my meal.

I like the sandwich it is really delicious.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE- SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.I wanted to give this location a zero but is not an option. This location lacks customer service and efficiency. They take forever to make your food and they get it wrong. You have to stand waiting for the employees to finish their conversation. You have to repeat your order at least 5 times.The lady the works there is RUDE (she doesn't wear a name tag, otherwise I would include her name here), and makes nasty comments to you when you are telling her what you want on your sub. I had to walk-out because she decided to go make cookies instead of finishing my order.I hope the owner/manager reads the comments and do something about this. The employees need to take a customer service training and have a supervisor in the store at all times.

Came to get a protein bowl, they just told me they don't have any. I asked why they said "we just don't right now". If you don't have any there should be a reason why u don't. Horrible service
This Subway is tiny compared to other locations but very clean and polite waitstaff here.
The guy who served us was making 4 sandwiches at 1 time he was amazing.
