Until I finally found the address, the worst service I have ever had at subways... the employees were super helpful... especially the manager... I went to eat with my family on the afternoon of March 8... and I would never go again ..
I didn't write a review because I didn't remember the address... but today I found a piece of paper that let me know where it was... terrible service!

I had been to this Subway before, and I should say that every time there was something wrong with the service. Today I stopped by to get a sandwich, I asked the girl for the Italian BMT and everything was going well until she added the spinach. I noticed a bug on it, I told the girl and she took it out of the sandwich. She asked, "Do you want me to make you a new one??" Ahhh of course, at that point I felt like walking out, but I was so hungry I was shaking already. She did not throw the spinach away, and still asked me if I wanted spinach. Imagine how this people are preparing the food in the back if they act like nothing happened when clearly there was a bug in the spinach. I work for the food industry and that was clearly a physical contamination. This was my last time buying Subway from ant location since I have witnessed an array of gross acts from the employees. From not washing their hands after touching money, their face or a body part. Just disgusting ?.

Ordered online and one guy there gave me attitude. He checked the online receipt for my order multiple times and kept telling me the only sandwich there wasn't mine. He told me I ordered at a different Subway that was nearby. The receipt showed the address and nearby stores which showed I was at the right subway. But he kept denying that. He also read out my name on the sandwich and said that wasn't me. My name was on the online receipt too... The one he checked multiple times. A lady there took one quick look and gave me my food. She was kind. Then the guy walked away but I told him I ordered a meal. He hesitantly gave me my cup and walked away. I told him again it was a meal and in an upset tone, he told me I could just grab the chips myself. He gave me so much attitude and for what? What did I do? I was being nice and calm.

They would not substitute one meat for another. I feel it was because I was white. I watched her do it for someone in line but they where speaking Spanish and laughing together. Sad to say but we're going to have to start a wlm soon.
