Rewards app is confusing, portions are small, staff is kinda cold. And despite the rewards app saying they are participating in the promotion, the server told me nope.
Expect disappointment.

The guy who made my sandwich was very rude about me adding ingredients on my sandwich I didn’t mind paying any additional charges & he straight up told me I couldn’t do that anymore. I’ve never had this issue before where I can’t get what I want on MY sandwich, it seemed to me like he had a problem making it! Sixto, you are very rude & I am upset about your customer service!

Always come here to order food on the app. My mistake was ordering through the wrong address. Unfortunately my car is at the dealership I can’t drive. I called the location and said they can’t cancel and it’s up to management to honor my order. He was about to give me a full explanation (that he can’t) so I said thank you and left. I worked at restaurants before as a manager and I know he could have helped me but chose not too. Thank you for such a great customer service !
