The manager Chelsea needs to learn how to multitask and talk to guests. Nine times out of ten expect to get your order messed up, bad service, and no resolutions at this location. Save your time and drive down the street to the location a few lights down. They rarely mess up orders, they offer reasonable/fair solutions and, they are friendly! Managers like Chelsea will only refusing service as their form to resolve any sort of issue.

This is the freshest and best Taco Bell in the area. Friendly staff and fast service make it my go-to spot for fast Mexican food.
I usually stop at this one since it's dead at 4:30, and I think it's dumb to leave reviews on places like this, but I couldn't actually tell the store they fked up, so whatever. I've never had a serious issue here before.
I understand that fast food is underappreciated, and most employees are treated like trash by the general public.
Couldn't get a basic ass quesadilla right. It was absolutely just leaking everywhere that gross sauce I specifically asked to not get. It also wasn't actually cut and packed worse than a McDouble during a 2AM post-bar rush. Seriously, that sauce was absolutely coating the inside of the wrapper and smeared all over the inside of the bag.
I wanted to just go in and politely ask for a new one, but all the doors into the dining area were locked, and staff just watched me trying to get in. There weren't any trash cans for me to even dump the order. One of the homeless folks near my house got to benefit, tho, so I guess that's a kind of silver lining. I didn't get to eat my food, but at least someone did.
