I usually stop at this one since it's dead at 4:30, and I think it's dumb to leave reviews on places like this, but I couldn't actually tell the store they fked up, so whatever. I've never had a serious issue here before.
I understand that fast food is underappreciated, and most employees are treated like trash by the general public.
Couldn't get a basic ass quesadilla right. It was absolutely just leaking everywhere that gross sauce I specifically asked to not get. It also wasn't actually cut and packed worse than a McDouble during a 2AM post-bar rush. Seriously, that sauce was absolutely coating the inside of the wrapper and smeared all over the inside of the bag.
I wanted to just go in and politely ask for a new one, but all the doors into the dining area were locked, and staff just watched me trying to get in. There weren't any trash cans for me to even dump the order. One of the homeless folks near my house got to benefit, tho, so I guess that's a kind of silver lining. I didn't get to eat my food, but at least someone did.

Late night drive thru after Disney on way back to San Diego off of I5 freeway exit. Staff very courteous, fast service and good was well prepared. Normally not a fan of Taco Bell however this stop was perfect.

They had a great limited menu featuring items from the 70s through the 90s! I hope they do it again or better yet - make them permanent on the menu!
Food was great, order was correct even though it was a massive order, any changes to foods we're labeled on wrapping as to not cause confusion, had a great time, unfortunately someone had an accedient and 911 was called there, this did not affect the experience.

After a 3 hour long drive decided to stop at Taco Bell . Walked in and the lady told us the order in the kiosk , we did and it was not working it had a pos error i was waiting in the front they just started did not acknowledge me or my bf . We soon told them it was not working if we can order in the front they just looked at us and turned around, not my fault you guys are short staffed and only have one person working ..
