My Catina chicken burrito came with a whole tender workers were lazy and didn’t want to cook fresh Cinnabon delights a 12 pack by the way and said they only had 11 and gave us cinnamon twist witch I don’t like but I said whatever it’s ok and told them it was ok got home and it was Rock hard my boyfriend spent 31dollars for garbage. Never again cashiers name is Marielena she was nice but the food was terrible and they were generally just lazy for giving me hard Cinnabon delights and whole tender.

It's a place where you have to order on the I pad... even though the workers look at you, they don't even speak to you to welcome you... you can only hear laughter and laughter back in the kitchen. An elderly person did not know how to order and he was standing next to the box and no one greeted him and he better left. The workers here are not friendly.

Usually have no issues here but I just got back from here and now that I’m back at work I realize my order is messed up.

I asked for 15 hot sauce packets (the max allowed on the app) the pale girl only gave me 5. I use 1 per bite on my 5 layer burritos. Also I asked for the Dirty Baja Blast Dream soda and got regular Baja blast. I can live with this but damn sucks not getting what you ordered.

The Male Cashier “Migdalia C” was very rude. The whole interaction was very unwelcoming and hostile && to end it when asked for more hot sauce we opened our bag to have somewhere to put in and he just THREW IT in a very rude way. While ordering and having questions he was very unpleasant. Never coming here again , this has been two negative interactions in a row.

Love this location. My only gripe is that they always get my order wrong and then it takes me forever to correct it because they have to pull up the order in the system to compare. I am also disappointed that they don't have the new menu items available

So we decided to try the "NEW" crispy nuggets. What a disappointment. They were so over cooked and dry. I should have known something was up when the order was done so quickly. You guys need to do better ESPECIALLY when you have a new item come out.

Drive thru Service attendant Carlos C was rude and when asked if I could order an item forgotten to order. Carlos responded by saying I had confirmed if the order was right and refused to switch or take a new order. I asked what was the store number and managers name? He did not reply and closed the window. The female associate provided my food and I asked her what the gentleman’s name was? She looked at Carlos to confirm if she should share. Carlos then came to the window said call the restaurant and find out all the info you need and close the window. Terrible service for an item that was going to be purchased. I will be contacting Taco Bell corporate in Irvine as well.
