Order some frescas drinks for happy hour and my daughter wouldn't even drink it. It was disgusting. Everything else was fine. I went through the drive through and i was already home by the time I tried the drinks or else I would've asked for my money back on the drinks!

Food was good and delicious. Dont be cheap with the meat by the way. Restrooms are clean, but alot of water on the floor. Decided to dine-in customer service could be better, not a whole lot of diners I get the 3 man team. I work in food and beverage so just giving advice. Thank you.

Pulled in late at night and got the special chicken crunch burrito and taco with a large nacho fries. Great for those late night munchies.

NGL it was my fault for not reading the reviews of this location. If you want to be ripped off, come to this location. I paid 15 dollars for this. Fries weren't even filled half way, and little to no meat on a chalupa. The only good thing that came out of this was the Baja blast. I've tried other chalupas at other locations and by far better than this, haven't been to Taco Bell in months and wanted a chalupa. Shouldn't have come to this location tho. So definitely there is a problem with this location. Could be that the workers were tired, but for the amount of food I got I should have paid 7 dollars for it and not over 12 dollars. NGL if I wanted nothing in the food, I would have just eaten air, would have been better than this food. Ruined my dinner for tonight. Food: 1 star.

They let kept asking if I was waiting for an order, I said yes 3 times. Meanwhile my food had been sitting in the back the whole time getting cold. If you have a pick up window USE IT. Horrible service.

I think they should change their way of marking employees' entrances and exits so that managers do not take advantage by getting into the system and fixing their hours and ensure that employees (or) agree to go out with eyes and destroy marriages, there are already digital punchers or facial recognition machines and even the business would not have leaks due to payments in hours of ghost workers đŸ‘»

Terrible. The workers there spent too much time talking, ignoring us, and left us hanging for awhile. Not worth our money.

I absolutely hate to give a bad negative review. If you read my reviews maybe I have given one negative review in my almost 10 plus years of reviews. But here I have been coming to this exact Taco Bell for 3 years now. My daughter is in the 2nd grade and she loves Taco Bell. After school since kindergarten I have been taken her to Taco Bell after school. She can eat Taco Bell daily but as an adult I can’t I need a break a day or 2. But I enjoy taco bell going back to the 70’s. I bring my different food and always order for my daughter as well as a drink for me. This particular time the manager had a new worker scream at me from the counter to the back of the seating area that I couldn’t bring in food . I apologized and said “ I didn’t know I did not see any signs posted that you couldn’t bring in other foods”, I have been coming here for almost 3 years daily and I always purchase food here because my daughter loves Taco Bell she rather have Taco Bell then a happy meal at McDonald’s. At this point I am talking to the manager and explained I didn’t see any signs posted and I apologize but I think it’s rude and disrespectful for you to scream at me from the counter. I have my daughter with me what type of example are you promoting????? He literally said he doesn’t care he can be as rude and disrespectful as he wants. So I turned around walked out and I will go to a different Taco Bell going forward. Fast food is everywhere and in orange country a Taco Bell is always around the corner. I don’t think this attitude or vibe is a demeanor that drawls customers in to spend their hard earned money. No matter what that unhinged manager can’t take away happy memories of my daughter and I eating Taco Bell and finishing her homework since kindergarten. Their is another Taco Bell a mile away on harbor and edinger and also Del taco is actually cheaper and always has a smile and thank you.

It's difficult to have to use a machine to order your food, they help you halfway, they're in a bad mood, I won't go back to that place,

The person who gave me the order at 10:50 today has a bad attitude and gets upset if you tell him the order is wrong.

Took 17 minutes to finish my drive thru order no one ahead one person behind I was asked what my order was 6 times and when I got to the window I was still asked to give my order. No receipt, no sauce, no napkins. Also the employee didn’t ask for my code at all
