The drive-through experience felt extremely rushed, to the point that my order was incorrect and I was double-charged. When I asked for help, there was laughter over the speaker, which was unprofessional and discouraging. Although the worker maintained a polite cadence at the window, the interaction still felt rude and inconsiderate. I understand that fast-food jobs can be stressful, but customers can also be having a bad day, and even when they’re being respectful, they shouldn’t be treated poorly.

I went to the drive through at 11 pm and I order 8 different items and when I pulled up to the window before I could even park the car the lady had my food ready. I checked the bag and all the food was stone cold . I asked them to at least give me some warm fries but they said I could have extra but they would not give me warm fries. I got home which is 5 minutes away and all the food is stone cold .

11/29/25 1:51 I came to this Taco Bell craving some food. I know exactly what I want on the receipt. It shows what I ordered. I'm honestly surprised at how good it's made and how great it taste. The steak poblano quesadilla was amazing. Well cooked and well prepared. Great job to the people working there at that time.

First off they would let me use my number ti get rewards. Second off they literally charged me for something I didn’t ask for. He read the order back to me admit he messed up (which I appreciate) then still went on to charge me without fixing it. I order here a lot and this one made me sad.

Very cute Taco Bell. Walked in and there was no wait for a kiosk. Used the app to receive my points and then just ordered my food. The vibe was chill some people just eating and music playing while workers making orders for drive thru. Food was delicious and the drinks were tasty as well. Bathrooms are coded so would have to ask for a code! Besides that was nice and cool and food was delicious can’t complain 👍🏻
