Lazy employees all in there 40's working taco bell. I walk in just wanted drink and was paying cash they kept telling me use machine...... I'm paying cash it makes no difference you still gunna have to deal with me. Horrible service no wonder robots and machines are replacing humans cuz humans like these suck........ Maybe I'm being to quick to judge but still horrible service maybe they just need more employees probably a greedy owner trying to maximize profits by understaffing but either way I refuse to come here cuz whatever it was wasnt to customers standards. Like how hard is it for you to ring up a coke considering I'm paying cash. Stupid they not even busy just laxy uploaded proff

I usually go to this Taco Bell whenever I can, but this time there was a man running the counter all on his own, with one employee actually dealing with the food and one at the drive-thru. All the other workers were just chatting, everyone could see them. The one guy at the counter was serving other people and taking their orders not from the Kiosk I had just used. The man acknowledged me, smiled, and walked away without taking my money for the order. Waited another 8 minutes and still nothing, left without food and hungry. Just go to del taco.

The employees were extremely angry. I came to pick up my online order and they said my order wasn't in the system and then they said someone else had taken it. They raised their voice while saying this. It's a disgusting store.

We had a mobile order that was set for pick up from the drive thru. When asked to confirm the order was correct we let the attendant know that it was not correct. She told us to pull forward and we explained that the order we paid for had 12 items in the order and tried to show her the order. She then read the order off her screen and we were able to confirm. She then got frustrated and started yelling in spanish about how she already had added extra items to the order because she had listened to us. Whe. She came back to the window I explained in spanish that the screen had been wrong. She looked surprised that I spoke fluent spanish and was like oh OK I'll get that for you. She then made sure to close the window and still was visibly bad mouthing us. The whole experience made me worried that she might spit in our food. Never returning to this location.
They need to address the late afternoon sun coming in the windows. Hard to eat when you are blinded by the sun.
