I've been going here for years, I've also gone on a taco tour of Santa ana with my friends going to various trucks, they agree this is hands down the best. Highly recommend tripas tacos here.

First time here and I ordered 4 carne asada tacos the past was reall Nice my food was fresh and ready less than 10 minutes. The meat was soft and tender juiciness. The green sauce is the one to go for it has an avocado flavor little spicy, but the tacos come with cilantro and onion sauce on the side they give you cucumbers and radishes, and lemon on the plate will definitely be back. I’ve been to a lot of taco trucks in this one. I have to say if I could give them 10 out of 10 I would.
Parking: Lots of street parking plenty of room
Kid-friendliness: Brought my son here they were sweet. They offered him a drink while we wait.
Wheelchair accessibility: Just park on the street and Wheel yourself to the window

I ordered at the food truck they sent at Heideman Elementary School for their open house. I waited for an hour to get my number called... and once my number was next they said all their meats ran out. And they still had 15 other orders ahead of me pending to give out with no more meats left. My partner was the last one to get her order which was also wrong because they put salsa on all the tacos. And the order was with no salsa.
