Upon stepping into the shop, you're pleasantly hit with the fragrances of freshly baked bread, herbs & succulent meats. The ambiance is light, and the service is prompt & friendly. We ordered the grilled pork sandwich & a milk tea. The bread was fresh & Crusty on the outside & soft on the inside. Pork was delicately seasoned & the herbs were fresh! Thanks THH for providing exceptional food, a clean joint & the service speedy. Can't wait to come back!

Customer service here sucks. I didn't think the reviews on gmaps would be real but they surprised me. I know a lot of these older Viet stores have a lot to be desired but I always managed to make an order fine. Sometimes, all I do is just point, and maybe speak some very choppy Vietnamese but they get it. But this place.. if your Vietnamese is not great or you speak to them in English, they don't know how to respond to you. I asked the service guy if they sold half pound banh cuon, but the dude was very short and didn't have the energy to even tell me more about the offerings. I forgot my glasses too, so I had trouble reading the TV screen that showed the menu. After, I asked my question, he curtly said, "No, we don't sell half pound. Only one pound." And then left me standing there awkwardly. Okay. I stood there for like a good few minutes before I realized he wasn't going to elaborate. I left quickly because I hate standing in awkward situations. One pound literally feeds my family: at least 5 people. It's a lot for one lady to eat on her own. He missed the opportunity to sell to me. This is what he could have said, "Hey, we don't sell 1 pound, but you can get this or this instead." Your competitors will thank you because there's lots of good to-go places in Bolsa that sells 1 person banh cuon servings and half pound for when l need to meal prep.

The banh cuon here is the best in this area , or anywhere else for that matter, short of Vietnam. Go to take out only store on Edinger St . $6 per lb of banh cuon. They will give you the bean sprouts and the essential dipping fish sauce.

BEWARE OF THE ONLINE MENU PRICING I called in to order 2 small trays of food. My bad for not asking about the price before placing my order. I was looking at the online menu and a small tray cost about $35+tax.Well, when I got there, I was charged almost $100 for 2 trays of food, which is the price for the mediums. When asked about the price difference, the cashier just brushed me off saying the manager is on vacation, they will fix the online price when the manager is back. But the price has been up on their website for months. So, idk about that.On the food side, I get why they charged me almost $50 for a tray because there was a lot of food. These 2 trays fed 9 people and there were a lot of leftovers. The crab vermicelli was delicious, I would say 8/10. I love the house special salad but other people said it was too sweet, so I guess 6/10.I would very likely come back for the food, but next time, ask about their prices beforehand.

Terrible service. Do not order to go from here.Ordered a tray of spring rolls a day ahead for 10am and came at 11am for pickup and nothing was ready. Had to wait 40 minutes because they found the written order misplaced somewhere so it was never filled

We stopped here for lunch today and i ordered the Bahn Mi Sadwiches with eggrolls and poppi breads. But i am saying ti wrong. Food is real good and fresh. Eggrolls are crunchy and fresh. So many menu options to choose. People work here are nice. Some speak very little English, So dont get offended if they show some frustration. But i love the food and it will be a go to place of mine.

Horrible customer service. The ladies who make the sandwich (banh mi) always do my order wrong. When I asked to double check before leaving the store, she answered me very rude.

We often come here on Sundays. you can get very fresh “banh cong” and “banh uot”at affordable prices. the service is rather fast though they charge extra for separating stuff for vegetarians. overall, it is still an excellent store.

Bánh cuốn is a popular Vietnamese street food item consisting of steamed rice rolls stuffed with pork (banh cuon nhan thit), mushrooms (banh cuon than tri), or both (banh cuon Ha Noi). People buy banh cuon in lbs, one pound enough for 2.
