Basic quick service (Halal!) noodle house with a variety of hand pulled noodles and appetizers and more. The noodles are good but lack the bouncy and texture of great hand pulled noodles. The beef noodle soup was solid but I definitely recommend adding vinegar as well as their great salt/pepper combo in the shaker. The food looked so good I forgot to take a picture before we started eating. Ordered a lot, but it was all delicious, especially the spicy lamb ribs. Absolutely amazing; tender with great flavor. The hand pulled noodles were good too. And I'm not really a veggie person, but the seaweed salad and wood ear salad were actually pretty good. Pretty solid menu, would definitely be down to come back and try more.
