Outstanding!
I ordered The Blackened Mahi Mahi. I was a bit confused because underneath it said shrimp and scallop enchiladas with cilantro rice topped with pineapple salsa.
I am not confused any longer!
It was a beautiful plate with a large scoop of cilantro rice with a few peas...
